A great location, buses, shop’s & restaurants on your doorstep

Great location, clean and spacious. Many eateries and groceries shops. Walking distance to University of Manchester or can take bus just opposite the property. Parking provided by the host

Had some issues with check in but owner sorted all quickly.

Appartment 6 was recently refurbished. It was clean. The host was friendly and the communication was excellent before arrival to handover. Multiple restaurants, grocery stores, clothes shops etc just outside the appartment. Beds were comfortable. Free parking is available at a very short distance. (It is pay parking but host arranges and pays for it).

There is only one bathroom, kitchen has dining table with chairs but no separate seating area. There is significant noise at night from the traffic on road. There are too many beds in the rooms. I think they can consider reducing number of beds and replacing with comfy chairs. It is more of student/young group accomodation. There is no air-condition but fan are available in every room.

in a good location to the city, windows could do with being changed to block out the evening drivers going up and down the streets in the sports cars and horns beeping

noisy traffic windows could be replaced to allow noise pollution to a minimum

It was close to the sporting event we were attending.

It didn’t have a lounge. Only 1 TV working. The water in the shower kept going red hot then freezing cold also the showers wasn’t very clean.

Bus stopped right outside the apartment front door and the owner was very friendly and helpful

Spacious, quiet and very clean. Highly recommended.

The trash put outside was disturbed by animals.

very noisy - both outside and in the other apartments. apartment door did not feel secure. floor wasn’t clean. no living area. one of the TVs was smashed and didn’t work. probably good for stag or hen dos but not suitable for family’s. car park didn’t feel safe. not a great place for kids to stay.

Good location served very very well with busses. To Piccadilly every 6 mins or so. Comfy beds.

Shower was a nice size but there was no power from the shower at all, just a gentle trickle of water.

staff behaviour, they are extremely courteous and caring then the cleanliness, that’s exceptional and it’s location, close to city centre,university and the hospital, and the bus stop is just a few steps away! well furnished, you will find everything that you may need during your stay, inc crockery, utensils etc
