Nice little house, very clean and centrally located. Good value.

Location, 1/2 block off Broadway and 6 blocks from Seawall boulevard.

The rooms with the beds, were not bedrooms, no closets. 4 TV-only 2 worked. SAFETY HAZARD! BACK DOOR, PADLOCKED. ONLY FRONT DOOR FOR ESCAPE. THREE WINDOWS WITH AIR CONDITIONERS, 1 "BEDROOM" WITH HEADBOARD COVERING THE WINDOW. Stove inoperable, gas not connected, only had grittel, microwave and air fryer. No pots or pans, coffee maker or toaster. No access to "patio", back door padlocked. Third "bedroom" had a futon with no linens. Only had 3 forks 3 knives. "Steet parking", neighbors had 11 cars, never had access to parking in front of "house ". Only had 3 towels and 3 washcloths, no replacement. No washer or dryer on premises. No indication of 2nd building on premises. No bedside tables. No instructions to use TV. Neighbor, Robert, instructed us on TV's. Owner wanted cash for security deposit, instructions said, to be billed to credit card.

It was a nice clean place where we could stay and hang out. It was good in the fact that we had 2 bedrooms so we didn’t have to sleep close to each other.

The stove didn’t work. The kitchen is a big reason why I wanted to rent a house so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The beds were pretty creaky and kind of uncomfortable but manageable if only staying a few days

One of the beds wasn't very comfortable but the other bed was. My daughter put her comforter down & laid on it, made it a little better. Other than that everything else was fine.

It's not too far from the beach.

The stove was not working and the wifi was super slow. It is in a rough neighborhood but that's why is cheaper than most places.

Clean and well located..

Not enough towels. Plates and silverware. Lots of junk in cupboards and plastic containers which were stained and or broken. Beds were fairly uncomfortable and no mattress protection. Pillows were stained. Owner was rude and sent a last minute email two hours before arriving asking for a $200 deposit which you have to pay to get entry.

I like having the extra room versus a hotel.

There was only bedding for the 2 queen beds and there was only 3 towels. The stove did not work and there was not a coffee pot.

House was cozy and clean. Great place to collapse after a day of vacationing.

Mattresses are creaky and not the most comfortable but acceptable for a few nights.

It was clean and space for seperation of adults and kids.

Did not like the $200 deposit request for after I had booked, since last minute I did not see notice until I was ready to check in. Had to pay in order to get key.
