Cooling system worked.

Really bad location to arrive in the night, is conveniente because of being close to the bus terminal but is a really insecure place to walk Room does not have windows to the outside, you see people walking and turning on lights the whole time, you hear reception and cleaning shouting.

Safe, clean comfortable. The facilities were basic but everything worked with the exception of the television. It’s a perfectly adequate place to stay if you need to be close to the terminal de transportes in Cartagena. Free coffee at all times and plenty of beer available, no food or breakfast at any time, but there was a great roast chicken joint just past the gas station.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel really, but the area is not the most attractive place and possibly quite dangerous after 9pm!!
