Every area of the hotel was very clean and well lit.

Getting to the location using map on phone was terrible. Had to use back road through gas station parking lot to get to location. At check in the front desk clerk was on the phone and acted annoyed. Didn’t say hello but rather I had to tell her I was checking in. The bathroom sinks have a very low flow where there’s almost no water. Hard to wash face and brush teeth. Additionally, NO LAMPS. All overhead lighting which sucks when you just want to read a book and relax before bed.

It was nicer than expected! The layout of a motel but the service and room ambiance of a hotel. The room service would always come which even in hotels wasn’t always the case. Overall very satisfied :)

The only 2 things we weren’t fans of was 1) the bathroom was so dark… the light above the sink was out (unless we couldn’t find the switch but we really tried all of them) and it made it pretty difficult to get ready since the room was a bit dark as well. And 2) the door wasn’t very well soundproofed. When we went to sleep the light would shine in from the bottom of the door and brighten the room during the night and the sound of all the traffic would come through pretty loudly

We could hear other guests and traffic noise. It was if there is no insulation in the walls, we could hear everything outside.

on several day nothing was put out. you shouldn't call packaged donuts, rice crisping squares treats and some microwave oat mill fake OJ breakfast

Small towels, and the fact that on wed. on my 10 night stay they put a guest right next to me. with several opening away from me. I was not happy about being awoken at 3 am to the sound of thumping, moaning and load fortification. would be considerate if night person could recognize those type of check in and place them away from long term guest
