The room was freezing cold. The carpet was wet and the tub was so slippery that my husband fell and injured his shoulder. There were no grab bars making this a very dangerous situation for anyone using that bathroom.

The desk staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and welcoming. The location was near a Starbuck's (YAY) and near many restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and Beltway 8. I highly recommend Candlewood as your go-to for a great place to stay.

The people that were above us. Next time I'm going to request the top floor. Not something the hotel staff can help. They might want to put some TUMS in their store. My husband had to go to a convenience store at 3 in the morning because they didn't have any in the store. It's just a question of convenience.

Roomy kitchen. Mom felt at home and started cooking lol

The location, cleanliness and pet area. The staff was super friendly and accommodated me on the first floor as soon as I said I had my dogs with me.

The entrance is able to be missed easily, and then you have to go back around belt way. The hallway had a smell, but no other area (lobby, room, pantry by front desk) We assume someone in their room had something going on.
