Hemos remodelado por completo esta unidad entera !!! Con Vistas al mar desde el dormitorio principal, la sala de estar, la cocina y el patio, se sentirá como si estuviera en el paraíso. También tiene acceso completo a la piscina y jacuzzis disponibles dentro del complejo Niguel Beach Terrace.

Al entrar en esta unidad superior se empiezan a notar la fantástica vista al mar desde las dos ventanas principales en la sala de estar. Los nuevos sofás cara hacia los océanos para que pueda sentarse y disfrutar de la vista o disfrutar de la televisión de pantalla plana de 46 pulgadas. Con Acceso a Internet WiFi, se puede disfrutar de sus programas favoritos a través de Netflix o lanzar en un DVD. Hay hermosos pisos de madera en toda la unidad, con iluminación empotrada y techos abovedados. Un plan de piso abierto integra la cocina con la sala de estar y el comedor.
Desde el salón, se tiene acceso al patio principal donde se puede disfrutar de la vista al mar desde el exterior. Este patio también se accede desde el dormitorio principal. El baño principal también ha sido completamente reformado ampliando su tamaño original para darle más espacio. Hay nuevas encimeras de granito con dos lavabos para darle más espacio para moverse. La ducha nueva tiene varios accesorios y un banco para crear una experiencia cómoda.

Great location view ocean from living room, bedroom and deck. Well equipped, quite and clean. Strands Park and beaches are awesome. Walk to town, harbor and many restaurants. Take free trolley to Niguel Beach for shopping and more restaurants.

The location is excellent just over the road from the beach. Close enough to walk into Dana Point.
The property has everything you need. Really clean and modern.
It's not far to the swimming pool and hot tub. Which is also a nice area to sit.
The kitchen is so well equipped I couldn't believe it.
There's beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
Beds are really comfortable.
Sitting area is also comfortable and spacious.
I wanted to move in!
The check in process was the only negative for us. We didn't get the door code before we took off from the UK and when we landed we still hadn't received it. It was resolved quickly but caused a bit of stress.
I can't wait to return.

The hosts were very rude to us after their property manager (their relative) screamed at us (in front of our 8 year old) for having our dog, which we asked permission to bring and paid extra for. This woman also screamed at the owners because they never told her we had permission to bring our dog. Our dog is hypoallergenic and barely sheds and we did a thorough job of cleaning up after her. The hosts also tried to keep our security deposit on top of the $200 pet fee. Not sure how they could claim our dog left $500 worth of hair laying around when under the beds there was enough dust and debris it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The ant traps everywhere were very off putting, as well.

Beautiful getaway amazing location
This is one of the most amazing properties we have stayed at. The host is v friendly . The bedrooms and the entire condo is very well kept taking care of all the necessities and daily needs . The location is remarkable just few steps from the ocean . The house has amazing views from the bedroom , living and dining area . Ocean views . The neighbourhood is v friendly, safe and quiet . This condo made our vacation truly memorable .would love to stay here every time we come . Best place ever thanks

I have lived in Dana Point since 2016 and recently move out of my home and needed to somewhere to stay while looking for another home. This VRBO was perfect for me and will be perfect for your stay: 2Bdrm/2Bath, steps to Strands Beach which is great for swimming, surfing, running, walking & sun bathing. Had every toy available for the beach and tennis: chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogy boards!!!! Its within one mile of the Lantern District and the harbor so its easy to walk or drive to shop or eat out at some best local restaurants!!
This unit had everything I wanted:
View of the ocean in the living room, dining area, and the master bedroom!!! Having a very quite neighborhood was an added benefit plus a private covered carport parking spot. Everything inside was up to date and very well kept. Kudos to the owners. If you want a place to stay that you feel at home in, this is the place for you!!!! The sunsets are SPECTACULAR. Just steps across the street for watching the sun set every evening over Catalina!!! I'm a local and I loved this place!!!!

I have lived in Dana Point since 2016 and recently move out of my home and needed to somewhere to stay while looking for another home. Exceptionally clean and comfortable condo, with a wonderful view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms had been beautifully remodeled. The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking or grilling. The only thing I could say it would need is additional News and sports package for the television. However they did provide STARZ and Netflix, which was very nice. Condo owners were very receptive to any concerns.

Excellent condo
This was an amazing rental and a great location. The property is right across the street from the beach, walking distance to Dana Point restaurants and stores and short drive to Laguna,. The complex grounds are nicely kept and the neighbors and other condos are quiet. The condo was recently remodeled, hosts a fully-stocked beach closet, comfortable beds, large bedrooms and bathrooms and was incredibly clean. Everything was perfect and it made for an enjoyable vacation. Thank you for letting us stay!

This was the third year we have enjoyed staying at this condo. This year we were all affected by the pandemic, which ended up cutting our stay short. This was our second year in this condo and we enjoyed it very much. The condo is well appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. It is well situated to the Strand park across the street for walks and enjoying the beach. We look forward to our stay in 2020!

Beautiful Ocean View Home
We stayed at this property for 2 months and were extremely impressed with the home.
The location is great if you like to go to the beach, the ocean views from the main living area and master suite are lovely.
The unit is on the second floor so it is fairly private. The area and neighbors are quiet, it is a great place to relax.
Very well appointed inside, everything you need is provided, just bring your clothes.
Definitely one of the best properties we have stayed in, hope to get back there again soon.

A Gem of a summer apartment
This apartment has been meticulously renovated and provided us with a wonderful home base at the beach. The Kitchen has everything you need with new modern upscale appliances. The two spacious bedrooms and baths were well appointed and there were adequate closets. The washer/dryer was full size and conveniently located in one of the bathroom closets. The location is perfect. It is only about 500 steps from the funicular at the Strand.
It is close to literally a hundred restaurants and Gelsens, Trader Joes and Ralphs for food shopping. The neighbors in our building were respectable and very quiet.The weather for August and September was perfect.

Our first stay at this property but our 10th stay on the complex. This condo is by far the highest standard of accommodation we have experienced.
Everything within the unit is very contemporary, high quality, comfortable and clean. And all the amenities you could wish for. The location is fantastic, with sea views from one window and beautiful landscapes from the other, all at a very peaceful quarter of the complex.
The owner, Lynn is always available for any help and information.

Great Condo!!!
I highly recomend this condo for a long or short term stay!!! The neighbors below and next door are nice, excellent people! This condo is located in one of the most desirable places to live in southern CA!!! Access to the beach is just accross a spectacular neighborhood. For those who like workout, the beach access has a connection to a board walk by the famous Strand and walking/hiking trails for long walks into the nature or along the beach. We have been living in this condo for a month and we are loving our daily walks to the beach to watch the sunset and getting around the neighboardhood like Dana Point Harbor to kayak or paddle-board. There are so many places nearby for dining and shopping. This condo complex is quiet and well maintained. As far as the condo itself, it has comfortable good size bedrooms and a well designed kitchen with excellent appliances. The kitchen is furnished with everything necessary for cooking and serving---it is beyong my expectations! Both recently remodeled bathrooms are in great conditions including a washer and dryer that is a blessing to have it onsite. All the units in this complex do not have air conditioning; therefore, there are times it gets a little stuffy but the fans keep the rooms comfortable. The owners have been very responsive and easy to work with and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely return!
