We had the best time on our recent trip to Daytona Beach Shores!! The condo we stayed in made our trip even better. This unit is huge and well laid out. It is extremely clean and tastefully decorated throughout. Even the mattresses in the bedrooms are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The views from the balcony are stunning. The owner provided special touches that made our vacation special. There were beach chairs, sand toys, a tent, and boogie boards available for us to use. This was so nice and really saved us some extra money. There was even a sign in the laundry room welcoming us to use their detergent. Those little touches made this place one I’d love to rent again! I would recommend this place to anyone! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment!

What a beautiful place! We have been going to Daytona Beach for over 30 years and staying at another resort. Their pool wasn’t ready, so we found Sanibel Resort. Unfortunately, we found out a few weeks before we came that their pool wouldn’t be ready either, but we decided to keep our reservation and were beyond happy that we did. The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, and the beach access through the parking garage was perfect! Our kids and grandkids stayed in the unit with us and we had an awesome week on the beach! We also loved the privacy and security of the building. As many memories as we have at our former condo, we loved everything about Sanibel and can’t wait to come back!

The owner is very responsive and kind. The view and location are amazing. Bedding was comfy. Everything you need is there. Once you figure out the garage/elevator system its easy to get in and out. Property feels very safe, location is great and tenants are super friendly. Very well maintained. The pool area was damaged by last years storm but well under way of being repaired. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was just like the pictures ! It’s so spacious and fit 8 people just fine, it has a nice open layout with a huge sectional! The beds was so comfy, every condo I’ve stayed in doesn’t compare ! They even have extra beach towels for you to use which was a plus ! I’ll definitely be staying in this condo again!

My only knock would be that while renters get two spaces, only one space is reserved and the other is first come first serve. As a three generation family of six this was a perfect location and condo. Grandpa had his own bedroom with his own bathroom as did my husband and I. My adult children had their own rooms as well. Beautiful views from the balcony and just steps to the sand.

Good, Bad and Ugly
The good: The condo building is in a great location and appears to be well taken care of; the layout of the condo unit is great (fourth bedroom modification).
The bad: The condition of the unit can best be described as well worn. The towels and bedding is what one expect in a two star hotel; fifteen year old carpets; most of the furniture needs to be replaced (caution when sitting on the sectional - you're going down); the appliances need to be replaced (the freezer was full of frost, the washing machine was very noisy). Three of the six lights above the master bathroom vanity did not light.
The ugly: The owner failed to disclose that the pool and spa would be closed during most of our stay (8 of 11 days). The owner quickly responded to emails; but, was all talk and no action. The unit needs a lot of attention. A fifteen year old rental condo that has been well used and is in need of a major upgrading.

Simply Amazing
The property was amazing. Everything from the process of booking the unit, to arrival and departure. It was my husband, 3 girls (13, 9 and 6) plus my parents and not once did we feel on top of each other. Plenty of seating space in the living room and dining room. The condo was beautifully decorated. The view was absolutely breathtaking. I would come for that alone. Anything you might need grocery store, restaurants, arcades, ice cream shops are all within 5 minutes of the condo. Thanks for sharing your amazing place with us. We will be back.

We absolutely loved staying here! Plenty of space for a large family. Having the pool and beach items already there was so helpful. The pictures do not do justice, the view is amazing! The only thing that I didn’t like is that you don’t get any cell service in most of the rooms. We will be booking this condo again.

The whole family loved this place. Lots of space and a great view and access to the ocean. We spent a lot time on the balcony and the ocean. The central air quit working. Called the owners and 3 hours later they had someone fixing the a/c. All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Great Vacation
Any question before or during your trip was answered quickly. Owners are So helpful and patient. Beds were comfortable! Everything we needed was provided. We had teenagers with us but I was impressed by the items provided for small children. Although we saw the pictures we still didn’t realize how close the beach was. Property is maintained beautifully.. This was the first time we ever used VRBO. We normally use timeshares. We are already planning our next trip and plan on booking this unit.

Lots of traffic directly in front of this condo due to the ramp being right beside it. On arrival, it was chaotic, everyone arriving at the same time. There are two elevators, 11 floors. We saw 3 carrier carts and 3 grocery carts that others were using so we hand carried everything which takes a long long time.Need instructions for tv units..we had to figure that out because not familiar. Owners of condo units not happy about renters and are vocal about that saying the property was not meant for that. So rude, and unfriendly. The gentleman who was cleaning the pool and we saw performing other tasks was very friendly and that was welcomed. No real parking to speak of and that is an issue. Inside the unit, we found a towel bar in the 2nd master that was apparently broken however the two end pieces remained. One of the closet doors was off in one of the bedrooms and the washer dryer is in awkward position to get to. The unit needs a good cleaning. Looks good on the surface but electronics inch thick in dust, ceiling fans dirty, some drawers opened had dirt and stuff in them. Rewashed dishes, a tea pitcher had green mold in the bottom and what looked like remaining tea or something..need some bleach for that. Evidently put away without cleaning. Need more silverware. Continually washing to have enough. The storage unit had chairs which we were happy to see and utilized. Looks like ppl just threw everything back in there, needs organizing. One of the chairs in the living room..the front two feet are broken and needs to either be repaird or removed. I have been renting on the beaches in Fl for over 40 years and I write this mainly for Owner review as I find often the Owners have to rely on persons managing the unit for them. Our family will always have a good time no matter what just enjoying being together and will overcome. Even though this is a spacious unit, it is probable this is not a area we would rent in again.
