Good rooftop with attentive bar staff

Slightly moody staff at checkout time. Room didn’t have body wash filled up. Was a long way from centre of town. Lots of kids on rooftop causing a lot of noise.

Excellent food and hotel decor. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Rooftop pool area is deceivingly small from photos. Only enough space for 10 persons in the pool area

Everything was incredible. The staff, the room, the facilities - all exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Super spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean room with a fantastic view. The rooftop bar and pool were beautiful with amazing panoramic views of Barcelona. The staff made our mini-moon break amazing and were always happy to help. The hotel lobby scent was incredible - if I could buy it, you could take all my money

Everything was incredible, but the only thing I'd advise for travellers wanting to use the rooftop pool/sun beds - get up there for 10am when it opens, otherwise you'll have to wait

The food in the restaurant was excellent.

The room had no electricity when we came in we had to call Technician. In the room when you take a shower, people can see you from outside. the neighbourhood is not ideal.

- The beds, sheets, pillows were so comfortable that I wanted to take them with me. - Great location, right next to the central station - Beautiful interior - Great food in the restaurant (quite pricey, though)

A bit pricey, but I guess that is expected for a 5 stars hotel with such a nice location.

O hotel é lindo e o serviço impecável. O quarto é lindo, muito bem decorado e confortável. Exatamente o que eu esperava de um hotel desse nível.

O café da manhã foi decepcionante. O restaurante é lindo. Mas o serviço precisa melhorar. Meu marido pediu mais um café e o garçom fez a menção de levar a xícara para usar a mesma (meu marido ainda estava a terminar o café). Nem pires o garçom trouxe com o café. A seleção de pães é pobre. Os ovos estavam mornos e o bacon frio e não estava crocante. Infelismente não foi uma experiência boa. E do quarto apenas tenho a apontar que não tem local para pensurar a toalha de rosto, tem que ficar jogada na bancada. E também o duche vazava para fora, molhando todo o banheiro.

The reception staff completely messed up taking our payments, they also told us only on arrival, that each room had a 300 euro deposit that had to be charged for your room which wasn't communicated prior to the stay Every day of the trip we had both a cleaner but then someone separately come in to check the mini bar..this person knocked our door both days at 9am - felt a bit overkill and not really the type of wake up call you would expect staying here Staff didn't offer our group water or freshening towels on check in but we saw all other guests were We were locked out of our rooms on 2 occasions, one of which was when we came home at 12am at night - so we had to go all the way back down to reception to get it to work gain I fed this all back on our departure but the staff didn't really seem to care! A better service would have been to offer a complimentary drink or atleast provide a proper apology

Podłoga w pokoju nie była całkiem czysta oraz niektórego elementy były popsute, stoper do drzwi leżał wyrwany z podłogi od momentu zameldowania i nawet panie sprzątające nic z tym nie robiły.

Not enough coffee pods. 3 for 2 people for 2 days. Had to ask for more water. Queue to check out

The staffs were friendly, rooftop bar was stunning and they prepared a small bath for our 18 months old daughter which made her really happy.

We could smell has in the elevator and some people were smoking outside the entrance area.

Nothing this time although is my usual go to hotel when in Barca for work due to excellent food, rooms, service and location.

There was a private party in the restaurant and was therefore closed to other hotel guests. No consideration for other guests who were then pushed towards the bar in the lobby for food and drink. Service in the bar was slow, really slow. Un attentive even thought there were only 4 guests in the bar, the staff were too busy talking amongst themselves. No prior notification from the hotel or reception regarding the closed restaurant which is poor and at this level, un acceptable. How many guests would stay at a Nobu hotel if they knew in advance the restaurant and menu was unavailable!?! Soundproofing in suite was poor also! Next door had a party until 2am and the sound transfer was horrible!

La différence entre la cuisine du room service et du rooftop ! C’est dommage qu’un même plat soit différent en terme de goût ..

No wifi, no working phone, no working tv.

Clean room and perfect bed. We had a room on the 3th Floor without views but with a little garden/balcony. Very kind staff.

The location is too far from city center. This hotel is better for business trips instead of leisure/holidays.

The view was amazing.

Breakfast - not too many variation, it was cold. Room - was not that clean, I found some hairs in bathroom.

Le roof top C est l immeuble le plus haut de Barcelona Très belle vue sur Barcelone Le personnel est à l écoute J ai particulièrement aimé l’aide d’un agent d accueil qui parlais couramment Portugais pour me rendre à la place de Catalunha depuis la gare central. La chambre disposais d’un mini bar si besoin Les produit mis à disposition tel que le shampoing gel douche étaient plutôt bien
