Very pleasant location to everything.

property location was great! we could walk through town to all the little shops and restaurants. Staff was very nice and everything was very clean!

The only thing we had any issue with was the beds in our room, they were very comfortable at first but as the night goes on you sink into them.

Well maintained older motel, that was locally owned.

The one hundred series of rooms are very close to extremely busy truck route. if you’re a light sleeper, avoid these rooms.

The location is great, just at one end of the main street.

Two things I did not imagine are about front-desk: (1) there was no front-desk between 10pm and 7am, (2) the coffee was not available at the front-desk when I did my check-in around 5pm The mattress is over soft for my poor back

Very clean, cheerful room, nice grounds - the pool is a plus, although I didn't take advantage of it this trip. My 4th visit to Wellsboro in past 6 years, 1st time I've stayed here - and I will definitely come again!

Wellsboro lacks restaurant options - that isn't a knock on the motel. If you are walking, you basically get McD or Pizza Hut from the Sherwood.

Location was good. Cleanliness, size of room ,etc. There was no breakfast. Enjoyed closeness to town. Would stay again or recommend.

Beds were to soft for our comfort.

Bath room tub had issues that need fixed

We have stayed at the Sherwood Motel yearly for over 30 years. The owners have changed over the years, but the new people who take over seem better and better.

The weather ...

the pool was a nice bonus! I like the feel of a classic motel
