This is the noisiest hotel I ever stayed in. Walls seem to be paperthin, you could hear toilets, flushing, showers, running, and people talking. At 6:30 this morning someone was pounding on the walls.!

Truly splendid looking hotel, that still has some of the old world charm. The swimming pool has a wooden skylight which looks great.

Beautiful property in downtown Wellsboro. Very convenient to shopping and dining. Very clean. They should upgrade their mattresses; we found the ones in our room were WAY too soft. Decent breakfast featured Starbucks coffee, sausages, pastries, cereal and fresh fruit.

The hotel and lobby were very nice and well maintained, but our first floor room had a door that was not totally sealed. At the bottom of the door a small rodent could have easily slid through. Also, the toilet was not flushing properly. The room is showing its age.
Also, for the price, I thought the included breakfast could have had more fresh options.

The house was fully furnished with lots of extras including food. The two bathrooms need some repairs. The master bath shower floor is very soft by the drain and will eventually push in we were nervouse to even step near it. The second baths ceiling has water damage and was leaking.

When we couldn't open our room, and the desk clerk could not open it from the inside, we were offered an upgrade to a two room suite. That was very nice!

Hotel was packed so noisier than expected. Room was nicely furnished and clean. Would love to see some better pillows, but that would be my only complaint about the room itself. Love the Adirondack chairs outside every room. Close proximity to the few restaurants in town. Free breakfast included eggs and sausage. Will definitely stay again.

Fifteen to twenty men drinking heavily and being loud, drunk and boisterous outside rooms on lower level until 2:00 AM ... not just one night, but multiple nights. Complaints to staff ... didn't seem to care too much. Certainly will never use this motel again. Stay away unless you are an all night partier youself.

When we went to visit to PA Grand Canyon we stayed here. Very close drive to the canyon. We rode up on motorcycles. We felt our bikes were safe w parking in the hotel parks lot. Hotel was nice and we like that it had an indoor pool except we didn’t have time to use it. Our room was nice and staff was friendly. Town is cute and hotel was in a great location. We were there during the towns first Friday event. We got to hear local bands playing while walking around the town. I would stay here again :)

We asked for a ground floor room because
we were traveling with our bikes. There wasn't one avaliable so we asked for secure store room but they didn't seem to have one. They suggested putting in our room which had 2 double beds and alre@dy crowded AND ON SECOND FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR! Interior spCes are very nice but exterior is deteriorating.

I didn't like that the blinds only closed half way and the tub stopper was broke. Also I wanted to stay another night had money on my card for it but the staff says my card was declined forcing my wife to sit on a bench outside for two hours to wait for my return...... 3 stars. These areas need fixed I will not return. And the parking is terrible!
