Classic Beach Bungalow, media cuadra de la arena, que se encuentra en el centro de la hermosa Silver Strand Beach. Silver Strand Beach es una milla de playa, esta propiedad se encuentra en el medio entre "La Janelle" y "El Embarcadero". Uno de una especie única casa de playa historia con nuevos pisos de madera de imitación en los fans con brisa de estar y área de cocina, la luz y en todas las habitaciones, decoradas con gusto, con televisores de pantalla plana en salón y dormitorio principal. Coma en el área de la cocina con dos taburetes y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para cuatro. La cocina está equipada con estufa, horno, microondas, refrigerador, cafetera Keurig y todo lo necesario. El primer dormitorio tiene una litera y una cama individual, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con capacidad para dos, y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama nido para dos. Bonito patio trasero tamaño equipada con fogón y Bar-BQ. Preciosa zona de estar al aire libre que se suma a la playa relajado vida. Lavadora y secadora en el garaje. Bicicletas, juguetes de playa, sillas de playa, toallas de playa, y un carro de la compra todo en bajar a la playa! Parking para cuatro coches en la calzada, además de un coche en el garaje ... Disfruta de las fotografías de las playas de todo el mundo en esta casa relajantes en la playa !!

I’ve stayed at this property as a guest of the renter a few years ago and was just as impressed this time as I was then with the cleanliness and efficiency. Will definitely rent again.

Pleasantly surprised by a well supplied large kitchen. Many amenities. It was perfect for our family and just a short walk to beach. Fire pit in back was a plus with clear directions for use. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked Aaron's house for a week at the beach visiting family in the area. The house was just perfect- clean, comfortable, roomy, with relaxing outdoor space. Convenient parking but an easy walk to the beach. Anything we needed was a short drive away and we were provided with info on local hot spots! Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy a home away from home. I would recommend this place 100% and hope I can get back here again myself!

Easy check in, loved the outdoor area in the back with the fire pit. One full size bathroom, one shower, tub for 5 people, not ideal. The half bath in one of the bedrooms was so tiny, my husband is a big guy and he almost got stuck in there! The door opens too close to the toilet, you can barely stand up! The kitchen could use better cookware with appropriate lids and better dinner plates. other than that we made it work! On the downside beware of tar on the beach, sticks to your feet like gum! I researched and found out olive oil removed it! I brought a bottle of olive oil from home and it came in handy! Be sure to bring extra toilet paper. The main bathroom only had two rolls for 5 people for 4 days. It was reasonable in price and great weather. No regrets.

I treated 2 friends to a birthday weekend. Aaron's house was just as described, and some. It is a cozy, peaceful get-away place, with comfy couches and beds, in close proximity to beach bike paths, wineries and nearby Ventura night life. One reason we chose Aaron's place was because it had bikes and helmets to use. They could use a little tender love and care, but we were happy to be able to explore areas away from Silver Strand (bike locks and a seat adjustment wrench would be helpful, but this is a bike geek writing). The whole weekend my friends kept saying what a good find Aaron's place was. The backyard fire pit and BBQ were reaching out to us, but there was just not enough time to enjoy it all. We would come back in a heart beat. Thanks, Aaron, for creating this lovely, relaxing beach oasis!

We were so impressed with the close proximity to the beach, the quiet neighborhood, and the nice beach home! The host provided so many amazing things including coffee pods, fresh bottled water, bikes, beach chairs and wagon, beach towels, washer & dryer, and outdoor fire pit. This added to the relaxing home away from home feel! And the beach at Silver Strand was beautiful, clean, and quiet! We will definitely try to return soon!

The property is in a great place. It’s walking distance from the beach and the neighborhood is very calm. We even got to see some sea life on the drive there. The hosts are also kind enough to provide quite a few beach amenities. The biggest issue we had (which did influence our opinion on it a bit) was the cleanliness. The floors were sticky, the dishes were dirty and had dried up food on them. And the worst part was there were quite a few ants in the kitchen, dining, and living room area. We also only had enough toilet paper and paper towel for about 2 days (given there were 8 of us). This isn’t really a big issue but a heads up that we had to buy more would’ve been nice since we didn’t notice until we needed it.

Again, I have ended my stay at this great beach house relaxed, refreshed, and a little tanner. I will continue to book stays here. The location is ideal. I went kayaking (Hoppers Rental) twice at Channel Islands Harbor. I tried Janelles the new vegan restaurant down the street from the house- get the bagel sandwich with pickled onions. We hit the water everyday and honestly would compare the clarity to Hawaii. The beach is so clean and the water is some of the cleanest in Southern California. Great stay! Thank you. Oh and we had a little dog with us- perfect house for him :)

What a great find! I live 40 min. away and it’s crazy hot this time of year. I escaped for a little staycation and had the most relaxing time. The beach gear (towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys, and wagon) was a great bonus- it made packing so easy. We enjoyed s’mores by the fire in the backyard. We also took many walks around Channel Islands Harbor- search for Seabridge Park (parking and bathrooms). I booked another stay at this great house in two weeks. My favorite part…the quiet at night- it was heaven!

Good experience and dog friendly! Neighbors keep an eye on things. Close to the beach and marina. Only recommendation would be to spruce up the back yard a bit; it is not inviting.

Love this place. Very clean and stocked with everything you need. Great little yard with fire pit to relax in. Several bikes to use and owners were very responsive when we called. Thanks for a great birthday celebration.

Nothing less than Fantastic
The house was so very nice. Everything was close by. The house was really nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equipped and everything worked flawlessly. The backyard was nice and private and the front porch was a great place to have coffee in the morning.
Communication was great and all in all we were extremely comfortable.
My only mistake was thinking I had one more day! I really wished I would have booked it longer. We absolutely will return here if they’ll have us!

It was perfect for us. We cooked every meal there, steps from the beach, big enough for everyone. Nice spot! Would recommend.
