Plenty of room. Clean. The pool was a blast!

I rented the house to spend the 4th of July with my eight grandkids there age range infant- 11yrs. The kids loved the rooms, the master bedroom upstairs fan needs to be fix it sways back and forth like its going to fall soon. The BBQ pit needs to be fix the the line are frayed.[Don't use the bbq pit because the lines are frayed!!!!] Also, the numbers are faded on the oven so it was hard to cook on the right temperature. Besides that we love the house it has plenty of room and we spent most of the day enjoying the swimming pool. The house was clean, and fully stock with towels, dishes etc. We didn't need to contact management for anything.

Great place. We loved that we were 5 minutes from the Mickey and Friends Parking. Also, this place is spacious. The pool and hot were great, especially after a long day at Disneyland.

It was my dads birthday and my niece who is 5 1st visit to Disneyland. My brother in law wanted yo stay at the hotel but that meant we would all be separated. Having the house made it way more relaxing and we could spend time together as a family.

It was so wonderful! We loved how many restrooms there was. Our children said it felt magical. The pool was incredible. When I had a question the manager responded back fast! We would love to stay there again in the future! Thank you funtierland♡

We had a great three night stay at Mickey's House F24. Our original reservation was for Belle's Castle but we switched when our dates changed. The funtierland reps were all very helpful when switching our reservation and before and during our stay. The house is in a great location and fit our family great. There was even an air mattress for my teen that didn't want to share a room and preferred to sleep in the living room. There was shampoo and conditioner and bars of soap which was also nice. The pool was a comfortable temp for the kids and the spa got hot. The curfew is difficult, mainly the 9am part but we did it. We appreciated how clean the house was but in the future the cleaning crew should reserve the bleach for the kitchen and bathroom, not the living room and bedrooms. The house is a little dated but comfortable and clean. Thanks for a great vacation!

This house was just what we needed for our stay in Anaheim. The kids loved the pool and we were able to watch the fireworks at home after a long day at Disney!

The place was great for my family of 15. Tje pool was a huge bonus for the kids and adults. The proximity to Dianeyland, Knottsberry Farm, Costco and other shopping facilities really helped make this trip great and gave us the opportunity for midday breaks from Disneyland. The management team was responsive and the home was very clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to have our family vacation! Plenty of room, the pool was great and the little bit of issues we had (nothing major) were very quickly resolved. We can't wait to come back again! Thank you!!!

Overall great stay! Only got to use the pool a few times but very nice set up. Spa drained though when turned ON each time so left OFF. Very close to Disneyland and our wedding venue. Lots of rules but we understand it’s the city and in a residential neighborhood.

Definitely will be coming back! Pictures look just as they show! Huge home and a quiet neighborhood culdesac! Pool and rock slide and hot tub were outstanding, the kids loved it! Lots of restaurants and shopping areas nearby plus the beach!! Staff answered questions quickly! Hands down the best vacation ever, can’t wait to do it again!!!!

The house was amazing. All 11 of us had plenty of room. The kitchen could of had more dish towels than 1 and more silverware for our large group. the pool was a big hit. It would of been nice to have cable TV in the bedrooms.

Not enough cooking supplies. Oven didn’t work. Water slide didn’t work for 2 days. Not enough tvs. No games for kids. Swing set needs replacing could not use it. Location was good and beds were comfortable.

This was the perfect house with lots of activities to do while in the house and lots around the house. We will definitely be back next year and hoping this house is available again.

The Pool was fantastic, once it was heated up, on the third day. The slide was a huge hit with everyone!
The lack of exterior maintenance was concerning and the playground set was sketchy at best. The broken sun umbrella at the exterior patio table, and the broken off bench for the other exterior table really made it seem as if nobody cared about any upkeep. The shed full of pool tools should be sorted through and the old junk thrown away. There were a few good pool toys in there however. The "two car" garage had one side filled with old furniture and junk so you shouldn't really advertise it as parking for four unless you clean that out.
The interior was nice and large enough for our group, however the furniture was minimal and not very comfortable. The "pool table" upstairs was about the worst thing I'd ever seen. Not good for really anything but rolling the balls around. No cues with tips.
The murals were great and the beds were fine. It took 5 minutes of running the master bath shower before it got warm.
In summary, the concept was great but it's obvious nobody is paying any attention to maintenance or comfort. It worked fine for our group with small kids but I wouldn't rent this space again. It needs a major overhaul!

It was all very very good the only complaint that I have is that it took so long to get hot water and we’re farmers and we worry about drippy Fossetts and wasting water so that bothered me a lot but everything else was perfect

Great vacation.
We had an excellent stay. The house is spacious. It was great for 12 of us. The house itself needs lots of work. Shower leaking, microwave not working, one kitchen sink not really operational, hot water can take a long time to kick in...Pool was nice and clean and warm.

House is located at the end of a cul de sac, big and beautiful. When you enter the large beautiful front doors you step into the magic of Beauty and the Beast. The house is large, very large! I do not have any complaints, the pool and hot tub are awesome, in all of the areas that we used everything worked and had no problems.

We will definitely stay here again! We had 15 people from 3 different families and there was plenty of room! The little girls loved the playhouse bed, the teens liked the pool table and game room, and the adults loved the 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms in them. And the Cinderella room had a King size bed for our third set of parents. It was a quick couple minutes from Disney!
The management company was great at communicating before, during, and after our stay. I will look for more Funtierland properties!

I feel the house was good value and we had a good time there with lots of positives we definitely enjoyed the pool / slide, jacuzzi, plenty of room in house, stocked kitchen, kids loved the wall paintings & princess bed etc... but it is in Anaheim so lots of rules to follow (city rules) and house needs some TLC as clearly nice home but some wear & tear. Managers communicate well.

The size was fine and supplied well. There were lots of superficial damages to walls and floors and furniture. The master bedroom closets were both used for storage. would not hang clothes or use due to gross bloody matresses in one. Very low water pressure. Would have expected much nicer for the price.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was very clean and well stocked with items we would need during our stay. Easily accommodated 11 people. Close to the park. The only problem we encountered was the hot tub and pool heat. It was not working for part of the time and it never really got warm enough to enjoy. The operations manager did respond quickly when I contacted her.

Property was perfect for my family of 14. Large rooms, fun pool with slide and hot tub. The huge kitchen had 2 sinks and 2 microwaves that accommodated my hungry family. Our little girls loved the Bell themed house.

Great Choice for a big Family!
There was room for 17 of us and it's an easy 30 minute walk to Downtown Disney.
The 2 master suites were perfect for parents with young kids and the rest of us adults and teens had our choice of other comfy sleeping spots. The kitchen was huge and a natural gathering place for our family. Sadly, we were too busy to swim, but did enjoy the playground in the backyard. We will stay again!!

The home is fantastic. So much room for our family of 13 with room to spare. The pool was used by all on the first day and very enjoyable.

Disney Family Vacation 2021
Everyone was excited about the size of the home and the Belle theme throughout the home. We actually had a bedroom we did not use. The kitchen was huge and we did use the swimming pool and hot tub while it sprinkled outside. I knew what to expect because the house was recommended to me by a friend who had stayed there with her family. She loved it also. It was a treasured vacation because it has been so hard to get the family together. I hope we will be able to stay at Belle's Castle again.
(I was surprised the house was not decorated for Christmas)

Door was hard to open on first arrival but became easier over time. The house was perfect for our family. We had mainly adults with a couple small children so it was nice to have split rooms with large beds rather than bunk beds and double queen rooms. Everyone got their own space like we would if we had stayed in a hotel but got to be together and more private. We were really looking forward to the pool but didnt realize how early the quiet hours would come while also squeezing in theme parks, shopping, and days out with drive time. Overall house was great, spacious, clean, filled with necessities.
