This location was perfect! The apartment was easy to get to, had everything we needed for our family trip with our infant, and was steps away from the beach. There’s no AC, but there were plenty of fans and with all the windows open the breeze was lovely. The host communicated quickly and we cannot wait to come back one day.

The condo was great for our family of 4. Clean, great location and beautiful view and access to the beach. Katie was super helpful and the whole stay was wonderful.

There was no air conditioning, missed that somehow.

Our stay here was everything we’d hoped for and more! The location is perfect as it was close to restaurants and shopping but far enough away to be out of the hustle bustle. We spent many hours enjoying the amazing beach views from the balcony and watching the whales! Incredible! The condo has everything we needed to enjoy the beach and surf (boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas…) as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Katie was great to work with and look forward to booking with her again in the future. We loved this place!!!

Katie was wonderful and welcoming, her condo was perfect for us--four friends celebrating our 50th birthdays. I loved the decor, the kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of items for the beach/pool. We enjoyed the beach right next to us, the rooftop, and the lanai with the beautiful view. It was a perfect stay!

Everything was amazing. Awesome view of sunset from Lani. Place was very clean. Everything you need to cook ,clean , and enjoy. They were easy to contact to confirm and ask questions. Excellent location to shops and local restaurants. Local market just down the road.

Absolutely perfect condo and location in Kihei! Stunning sunsets, pool by the sandy beach, quiet and impeccably clean building. Our host and property manager was an amazing communicator, so kind and generous. Above and beyond in every way! Mahalo!!

This is a great, spacious and comfortable condo! It does not have AC but that wasn't an issue for us due to the consistent trade winds plus all the ceiling fans and extra fans provided by Katie. The condo is amply supplied including the kitchen so if you really want to cook you will have everything you need. The complex is nice as well, great swimming beach, pool and other condos for rent. This was a family event for us and other family members rented a condo in the same complex making it easy to coordinate our time and activities. Best of all is the owner, Katie. Seriously couldn't have asked for a better host!!!

The condo was AMAZING!!! The kitchen was stocked, Beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas to use. Bathrooms had everything you would need, there was no need to purchase shampoo,conditioner,or body wash. We loved this condo and would highly recommend it.

Condo is first class in all respects. It is extremely well stocked and thoughtfully furnished. Everything we needed was provided. The kitchen is especially well equipped. We used the rooftop BBQ’s every night and enjoyed the views from our lanai where we ate every meal. The turtle lagoon right in front of the condo complex, the kite surfers, and the pool and beach were all enjoyed every day.

Our condo was very nice, centrally located, and with a lovely view! Close to lots of restaurants and various “types” of beaches (family, secluded, rocky, sandy, snorkeling). Our host, Kati, was incredible and EXTREMELY responsive to all my questions. She is the best!

My family and I absolutely LOVED this condo. We travel a lot and we’ve stayed at many different condos/apartments/houses via VRBO and this was hands down the best one we have ever stayed at! We appreciate how it was completely supplied from the welcome gift basket, down to the ice packs in the freezer, this condo made our first trip to Maui that much better. We appreciate how Katie checked in on us during our visit. The condos location is centralized so it wasn’t a far drive to any scenic locations. Not to mention there is a nice beach and pool on property if you just want to hang out at the resort. You will not go wrong if you decide to stay to here.

Katie went above and beyond to make our trip easy and amazing! She is a great host! Everything we needed was in the condo for our use. We Luved that there was plenty of beach equipment to use. It was nice not to have to buy.

Katie supplied the condo with everything and more! There was a handwritten welcome and a pineapple and bag of Maui kettle chips to greet us upon arrival. It was such a nice touch and greatly appreciated. There were so many supplies that even with 4 of us we never came close at all to running out of toiletries or cleaning products. Everything was well thought of whether it was boogie boards, towels, chairs or umbrellas, this had it all! There were loads of cooking utensils and pots and pans. The only thing that was missing was a BBQ spatula, and I had no problem paying that forward with a simple $5 purchase from Target. The property was immaculate with landscapers and cleaning support staff always keeping the grounds spotless and well manicured. The pool was so nice and warm, and shuffleboard was played by all. There were 6 BBQs with 3 beside the pool, and the other 3 on the roof afording amazing views! The location is so central that you can so easily get to all the other places on the island, or simply stay right there on the Kihei waterfront property with its own turtle lagoon. Costco, Walmart, Target and more stores are so close, and we of course loved shopping at the local Times supermarket that has everything you could possibly need. Thank you so much Katie for an incredible property and sharing it with us. This was a vacation of a lifetime!

The property as a whole is beautiful. The condo is lovely, we’ll equip with all the things your beach vacation needs. Clean comfortable and convenient. Katie is a great resource and a wonderful host.

One of the highlights of staying here was my interactions with Katie who is the property manager. We ended up being there during a Kona storm which lasted for two days so she anticipated a power disruption on the island, and proactively called to tell me where to find flashlights and the emergency kit. She also gave us an excellent recommendation to hike out to Dragon’s Teeth after a wonderful visit to Lahaina. Because she lives on the island she can share some great local insider tips. The condo definitely has a Hawaiian vibe in terms of its furnishings and is well appointed - perfect for a group of 3-4. It literally has everything you need. I did find some things in the kitchen cabinets needing to be hand washed because they had been put away dirty, but that’s likely due to past renters and not the owners. The updates made to the kitchen and bathrooms were noticeable. What makes this condo an absolute gem is the view of the ocean from the lanai. I’m certain you won’t find that anywhere else on the island for as reasonable a rate as this one. Sipping coffee while listening to the waves was exactly what I needed and it fully delivered. It was a memorable visit for sure! And if you like Indian food definitely visit the on-site restaurant called Monsoon Bar & Grill. We had a delicious meal here on our first night.

Wow, what a lovely condo, we would definitely come back here. It’s wonderful to fall asleep to the ocean sounds, there are so many ways to walk and the complex is well taken care of. Katie is easy to communicate with and everything is in good working order in her condo.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Katie was an outstanding host. The place had all the essentials- comfy beds, laundry, kitchen supplies, beach stuff, and lots of towels. The deck and primary bedroom have a great ocean view. We kept all of the windows open all night and it was quiet and comfortable. Kehi is a great place to stay because pretty much everywhere you need to go is 20-40 minutes away or you can stay in the area and enjoy the shops and beach at the condo. The beach at the condo includes a swimming hole with a ton of turtles and fish. The turtles were very active while we were there. The waves were not great for boogie boarding but that was a short drive away. We used the rooftop grills one night. It was the cleanest grill I have ever used. I actually saw more cleaning people around the common areas than at many hotels. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. I highly recommend this condo for its great host, affordability for a beach view, and location.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views are incredible and the condo had everything we needed- so convenient! It is in a nice central location on Maui and we could take a short drive to almost anywhere on the island. Our kids enjoyed the pool, beach with turtles and we all loved the rooftop BBQ area. Checking in and out was very simple. We hope to come back and stay again!

Everything about this rental property was incredible. The location was perfect and central to the activities that we purchased. The view was amazing. The beach area was private with very low traffic. The accommodations were wonderful compete with kitchen supplies, beach supplies (umbrella, boogie boards, towels, coolers, beach toys and so much more). I never expected to have access to so much. The place was immaculate and extremely well stocked with toiletries, linens, and cleaners. It was perfect.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Katie’s condo. She was easily reachable and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. The views are gorgeous, the condo is well stocked with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The beach gear was great, the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and soap, which was appreciated! We were worried about the lack of A/C before we got here but there’s great airflow during the day. Nights did get a little stuffy since we closed the shades to keep the morning light out, but the fans kept us cool enough to be comfortable. There is no shortage of amazing restaurants within minutes (and the Indian restaurant on the first floor is some of the best we’ve ever had!) Would 100% stay here again. Thanks Katie!!!

Great little property located in Kihei. The home came with everything you pretty much need. Location was great and close to beaches, food and anything you really need. Quick drives to all the best spots on the island too. Only thing we noticed was that the floors were fairly dirty when we got there and could definitely see it and feel it walking around barefoot and letting our babies crawl around. But nothing that would keep us from ever staying here again. The host was great and super easy to communicate with. Absolutely would recommend to anyone else coming out this way.

The first thing we noticed when we walked into Katie’s home was how beautifully decorated it is. A lot of old Hawaii touches. It looks more like a home than a vacation rental. The house is fully stocked. You have all the amenities you could need and then some. It’s clear she cares about making her guests stay as pleasant as possible. And not to forget the view. It’s gorgeous! Overlooking the ocean, the view is awesome. None of the condos here overlook a parking lot. Sitting on the lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning or eating dinner watching the sunset can’t be beat. And going up on the rooftop for a barbecue is a must! The view is nothing short or spectacular. If you like Indian food, Monsoon is on the ground floor of the complex. Some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had and certainly the best on the island. This is my 10th visit to the island and Katie’s condo is one of the best places I’ve stayed in.

This condo was perfect. Updated, wonderful views, a private beach, rooftop BBQ, close to all amenities. We loved having the cross breeze with the doors/windows open and heating the sound of the waves.
