Good location

Unfortunately, we ran out of hot water on sunday morning , and only one of us could shower before departing . The heater wasn't working. And you might want to check on your cleaner. My granddaughter dropped the remote, and when she we grabbed it from under the bed, there was a condom packey and bottle tops and a cartridge of some kind - I left them there. I'm just letting you know as a heads up.

Fantastic location with a great view. The apartment was very home like and comfortable. Well stocked with a few essentials. Shower had good hot water pressure. It could have been cleaner but it didn’t make us feel uncomfortable to be there. Bathroom window does not close properly so the wind was noisy and the blinds rattled. Minor issues that would not prevent us staying again.

Great location, clean apartment, excellent communication, luggage storage facility just across the road. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing! The lift was out of order just before we arrived, but it was working again when we got there.

Very spacious and comfortable, *amazing* location and views, right on the harbour. Everything met expectations, well equipped. It is a very safe, secure building, right in ideal spot for a tourist visiting Auckland.

Finding the entrance (i.e. the location of the flat) the first time was a bit tricky! We were able to ask some other residents though.

We arrived at 03h00 and were understandably a little anxious about gaining access to our apartment, but our hosts gave absoluely clear details for collecting the keys! Unique location on Princes Wharf, within easy walking distance of the Ferry Terminal on Queens Wharf, departure point for City Tours, the Sky Tower and many food outlets including several top restaurants. Wonderful views across Auckland Harbour and towards the CBD, and an added bonus was awaking to find a cruise liner berthed no more than 25m from our balcony! Spacious apartment, clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. Highly recommended and would certainly return if the opportunity arose

Apartment would get very warm in the late afternoon [minor problem as this was eased by opening the balcony doors and allowing the through breeze to flow]

Loved the view and its in walking distances to many things 😊 also watching the boats come and go was a bonus.

Great room and fantastic view. Very comfortable bed.

No air conditioning (in 2022!) Lights were broken and would randomly start flickering really fast for about a minute every so often so we couldn't use the main lights much. Wifi was broken and INCREDIBLY ANNOYING! It would randomly disconnect CONSTANTLY between every 10 seconds to 2 minutes. This happened on both our phones (S10+ and S22 Ultra) and was very, very annoying.

We had different expectations regarding "parking on site". We were lucky to find a park, but a reserved one would have been better. Nice to get the discount code though.

Bit of noise from nightclubs but nothing ear plugs didnt sort.

checking instructions was given prior it was very easy to check in as-well. Absolutely loved the harbour views and the apartment was very spacious will definitely be booking again :)
