Having a nice restaurant & bar downstairs so didn't have to go out to eat

Excellent overnight stay at JetPark. Staff very friendly and helpful, room spotless and very quiet. Even though we were next to the motorway we couldn't hear the traffic..
Bar and restaurant excellent and staff very attentive. Decor and surrounds very restful. Food in restaurant was superb with good all round choice. Shuttle bus arrived bang on time and delivered us to the airport with no problems. Definitely will stay again, in fact we booked for October when we go away again.

Being picked from the airport at short notice at 2am was awesome. No fuss room allocation after a misunderstanding with the time of arrival. Breakfast was super.

Clean. Suitable for a one night stay close to the airports
Other guests checking out early (3am) were extremely loud, knocking on doors as they walked by causing us to wake up.

We stayed here the night before our flight and found the room very comfortable and clean. Staff were great and organized our shuttle and carparking with ease.

When one has to get up early to catch a shuttle to the airport there doesn’t seem to be much on offer for breakfast . Weetbix or toast something simple but adequate .

The setting with small garden and play area, lovely water feature outside the bar and general feel of the hotel is lovely and calming, ideal before a long flight. Comfortable rooms and lovely pillows / bedding.
Unfortunately the hot water in our room seemed to run out in the evening so we didn’t have enough hot water for a bath or shower

Staff are excellent. Room was large and super comfortable. Excellent amenities in the bathroom.
Shower was a little bit low for me.

Failed to prvoide transport shutle for 1 Hour had to make a International Expensive Phone Call because after 30 mins of sending whatsapp the shuttle did not turn up. Then had to wait 30 minutes more to them to arrive in an old bus which was not suitable for luggage work.
They allowed a Dog to roam around the eating area un contrtolled and even the staff stroked it

Free shuttle service was very well organised with frequent runs. The restaurant and bar were open extended hours which worked so well for late arrivals.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, lovely very acceptable rooms. Accomodating and stress free. Trustworthy, and very clean. Big difference from another motel I stayed at near Auckland airport. Prefer comfort, safety, cleanliness and a professional attitude over price.
The shuttle bus ran quite frequently and was very convenient and you could book it to take you to the airport at any time convenient for your flight (not like cheaper places (another story))
Bit expensive but I recommend paying this kind of price to avoid stressful shocks with cheaper, not very nice places.
The shuttle bus took more than 30 minutes to come the first time we took it but I think it was just bad timing.
