Adorable cottage just across the street from the beach!

Nice small place with private pool. I would have preferred to stay away from the public beach, very crowded. Definitely will never book through VRBO again, Save yourself houndresds of dollars book directly through AMI locals.

Cute cottage with great private pool and just across the road from the beach. Owners were easy to work with and prompt to respond to needs that arose while we were there.

A great location, close to the beach, the restaurants and the grocery store. Easy to get in and out and very quiet at night. My seven-year-old really loved the pool. We love the fact it only took us a minute and a half to get to the beach.

This cozy cottage delivered everything that was advertised! Located just a block from the beach and within easy walking distance to food choices, grocery, and free shuttle for all island access. The cottage is clean, the beds comfortable, and has everything you need, in a quiet location. We’d love to come back!!

Our trip was amazing, the house itself was very clean upon arrival, beds comfy and kitchen fully equipped. We arrived on a rainy afternoon, and shortly after our arrival our kids jumped into the heated pool because it was that warm! The pool was amazing to have for our young kids and the property was a few steps to the beach!! Having skinny’s right next door was amazing as well for a quick bite to eat with fussy toddlers…this house had everything and more! We will be back for sure!

We had a great time at CC2! We had a little snafu with the pool alarm when we arrived late at night, but it was resolved. The house is exactly as advertised. Very well appointed and so close to the beach. Great spot to vacay with the fam! And the pool—oh my gosh. The greatest feature of the house. We loved having that right outside our door and all to ourselves!

We had two small families (2 parents & 1 child each) stay at this location. The location itself is wonderful. Directly beside Skinny's for burgers and beer, 1.5 blocks from the beach (seriously short walk), and close to the trolley stop and on beach café.
The property itself was exactly as it was promoted, clean, normal household items, and the private pool was amazing for lounging around with our loved ones.......

Perfect family getaway…close to the beach and lots of other fun things to do.
Clean, cheerful place with plenty of room for my family. When we weren’t at the beach or out enjoying the city, we loved having the small pool right outside the door to hang out together and relax. We can’t wait to go back!

December getaway
The place was great, very clean, and the pool was perfectly heated. Our friends were hosting a birthday party on 42nd Street, and it was a quick walk over to their house.

Would Not Recommend
I would not recommend this property for the following reasons: the property was much smaller than portrayed online, the beds were extremely hard/uncomfortable (the best beds were bunk beds), sheets were scratchy and low quality, construction materials were left in one of the closets that my toddlers got into, the property manager said they were sending someone for two days and I had to follow up because no one came, and the Internet was extremely slow. We left a full day early to go back to Orlando and didn’t miss this condo one bit.
Imagine an old property flipped/remodeled quickly and appointed with the lowest quality or thrift finds. Not what we were expecting for the cost we paid for a three night stay.

Nice, Clean property 1 block away from the beach
Loved our stay at this property. It is 1 block away from the beach and was very clean. The living/kithchen area is small and may not accommodate a larger family but we made it work.

Disappointing pool issue
Cute clean little cottage as advertised. We specifically selected a property with a heated pool due to staying on AMI in late November. We arrived on a Sunday with a freezing pool temp. I called immediately and the customer service rep said she would call first thing Monday. By Monday late afternoon, someone had been there, and placed a garden hose trickling in cool water into the pool, and the pool remained too cold to swim, so my 5 year old was again devastated. I called again Monday evening...same situation unfolded. Tuesday came and went. Another call Tuesday evening came with news the compressor needs replaced and it would be taken care of Wednesday. By Wednesday evening the heater lights were a least back on, but the pool was still uninhabitable. We had planned to check out Thursday but had a late flight, so thought maybe we could get at least a short swim in that morning before vacating. We awoke to a cold pool then a woman knocking on our door at 9:50am stating “how much longer are you going to be, because you need to checkout ASAP”. Lesson learned to have your host VERIFY firsthand the pool actually is heated before you arrive on property.

Great getaway!
This was a girls weekend for birthday/graduation celebration, and it was perfect. Pool was nice in the sun. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Beach was walking distance from the house and easily to come and go from! Beds and sheets were a little uncomfortable, but showers were hot, air was cold, and overall stay was amazing.

Literally the only thing we would change is the mattress in the master bedroom..very uncomfortable, BUT the location and amenities were absolutely perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage #2. It was clean and cute! Close walk to the beach. My only complaint is trying to keep the shower one temperature was a struggle, but definitely not a deal breaker! We would stay again!

Location was perfect!
This was our 2nd time visiting the island! The location of this house was unbeatable! Was walking distance from everything you needed! The house was definitely a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures and was right for my family of 7! But we made it work!

Great place for smaller group
Location of this rental is excellent as it is 1 block away from the gulf beach and Publix. Bedrooms and baths were good. The living area (one 3 seat couch) and small dining table were very tight for 4 people and would be impossible for the 8 it claims to hold. Secluded heated pool was a big plus on cooler windy days. Tv should be updated for streaming capabilities.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay here for our first time at AMI! It was a cute little house that was cozy but had plenty of room for our family and it was so nice having our own pool! The only two downsides were the master mattress sagged and seemed a little worn out, and the lock on the door. The door handle from the inside concerned us due to how easy the lock was to turn and how easy it was to open as we have a 2 year old who could easily open it by himself. This made us very nervous as the pool was directly outside the door. This obviously wouldn’t be a problem for anyone without small children. Otherwise we really enjoyed everything!

Perfect little place for our family
We loved coconut cottage 2. It was a perfect little place for grandma, mom and dad and 3 little ones 6,2,1. We all loved having our private pool to play in. It was great to have plenty of bath and beach towels. It is in such a good location for walking to the beach or restaurants. We really enjoyed our burgers from Skinny’s next door. There was a variety of beach chairs and toys that must have been left there by other guests.
I mentioned my granddaughter’s 6th birthday to Valerie and she had a birthday bag waiting on our table when we arrived. I want her to know it thrilled my Eisley and was so special.
We love AMI and are so lucky to live near Tampa so we can go often. We will definitely be returning to this cottage.

Gorgeous home located across the street from the beach. Home is stocked with everything you'll need (extra towels, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill). Property manager Valerie was very prompt in returning emails! We had to stay an unexpected extra day and she helped us book without any hassles. She was truly a life saver that day! Best part was the fenced in private pool after a long day at the beach. Wished we could of stayed longer and I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us on our family vacation.

Everything you need.
Property is private, easily accessible. Very clean, modern, for a family of 6. Beach is an easy walk a block away. Pool is great for the kids, however the smell from the dumpster at Skinny's was unpleasant. Water pressure was a little lacking for showers. Overall a nice place with everything you need for a beach vacation.

Family Beach Vacation
Everything about this property was great. It's very close to the beach and the pool in the backyard was great for our two daughters. The property manager was always available and helpful. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful property, great location!
The place was very clean and had plenty of room. The washer/dryer was a plus. My kids especially loved the pool, and I loved the 1 block walk to the beach. Publix is walking distance, and Skinny’s is right next door. The unit is very quiet and private.

Close to the beach
Loved the location and the pool was so nice to come home to. Just a few maintenance issues with dryer not working and outdoor shower either. Owner was quick to remedy things or let us know if something could be done. I also would suggest some mats going in. Going from pool to inside makes for a slippery surface. Thankfully no one hurt. Put down towels as there is a lot of towels in the home for you. We cooked a few meals and found enough things in kitchen for utensils and pans. Would stay again!

We had such a fun time in Anna Maria! Our cottage was perfect for us - gave us some space and the location was wonderful! We loved being able to walk to the beach, groceries, ice cream, etc.

We had a great stay in the cottage. Comfortable beds and nice pool. Well decorated and one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. Only suggestions would be to add another comfy chair or two and a clothes line for wet bathing suits and towels. We will definitely come back to stay!
