It was in an excellent location for walking to town. Parking was convenient and abundant on site. We would love to stay here again. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there were very pleased with the location and the unit.

Condo was a great location. Not inside the locked gated area. However, never felt it was a problem. Parked by fountains as garage is a ways to walk. Condo had everything needed to enjoy stay. (Except scissors). :) Would definitely book again!

I only stayed 6 days out of the month for I did not like living in a place where I could hear the folks next door talking like they are in the same room as me. I had to turn up the tv just to hear it! I asked to get some of my money back but they turned me down! I never rent out another condo in my life !

We have stayed in three different condos in this Complex. All of them are pretty similar. Deauville itself is a wonderful holiday destination with great facilities and only ten minutes on foot to Palm Springs main street. This condo, as with the others in its block has an entrance which is outside the Complex itself, which has security gate access by keyfob. this means that when exiting the condo one has to enter the Complex to enjoy its amenities or access the car parking. This might mean it is slightly less secure than condos which open up inside the complex. However we soon got used to this and experienced no problems. The Listing shows the equipment provided and we experienced no problems here either although the TV has a very, very limited range of channels. The wifi was excellent. We would certainly be happy to return to this property and have no hesitation in recommending it. The owners were very responsive to any messages we sent.

A very comfortable and cozy unit stocked with everything you could need which made for a very relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, shower was strong, and the location very central. Everything you needed for a very enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful month at charles and ginas condo what lovely people to deal with complex was beautiful location the best .you don't need car to get to restaurants and entertainment would recommend highly .hope to stay again ps deposit returned promptly.

I had the pleasure of staying in Drs. Gina & Charles Deauville condo in October 2015, and had a fantastic stay. The condo was exactly what I was looking for in terms of location, value, and services. Most importantly, there have been some changes (mostly upgrades) to the condo. The kitchen counters have been upgraded to a lovely newer tile; the bedroom furniture is newer/darker (and significantly updated from the pictures, including a small flat panel TV); and the kitchen table is new. The sofa is now a futon (which was one of the few features that I did not like, as the futon was too low to the ground for my taste) and the coffee table/TV stand are also new and upgraded. There is also a newer sink/faucet in the guest bath. The condo has two full baths; I was by myself so I did not open the Murphy bed but that would be very convenient for a larger party. The bed was extremely comfortable; I cooked meals in the kitchen and everything worked properly. Plenty of dishes and glassware are available. Lots of channels on TV if you want to spend some downtime watching; phone has free US/Canada long distance but had a dying battery when I was there (already reported to Dr. Gina/Charles who undoubtedly have it already fixed by the time you read this!) Speaking of, both of the docs are fantastic - very responsive to any questions and providing clear instructions for both check-in and checkout. They are local; we spoke on the phone a few times which was very nice. The hot water was not working on one sink; Dr. Charles offered to send out a plumber immediately to fix it, but I moved into the guest bath for my stay which had a hand-held shower which I preferred anyway. I'm sure by now the issue has long been addressed; it spoke very highly to me that he was willing to get someone to fix it if needed. The condo itself is in a fantastic location, easily within walking distance of downtown and the casino. Great parking, both in the front of the complex near the condo and underground garages a short walk away. The complex is gated, but the condo itself is not behind those gates which I preferred so when friends came to visit, I didn't have to mess with letting them in. I went swimming in both the regular (satellite) pool and the hot tub which was great. Price was extremely reasonable; deposit was returned promptly. This will definitely be on my short list to check out for my next trip out!

This is a great place. First, the location is perfect. It is just 1 short block from the Downtown Palm Springs area, and right near the Spa Resort and Casino. The grounds have excellent security, 2 pools, tennis courts, fitness room and underground parking close to the unit. The interior is very nice, upgraded and modern but also comfortable, with a nice entertainment center, 2 baths and an enclosed patio with a nice mountain view. The owners are helpful and accommodating. I plan to return, and I would recommend this place highly.

We stayed for 4 nights here, towards the end of April. (Myself, wife and daughter). Coming off I-10 onto Highway 111 the temperature gauge on our car was showing 101 degrees!! Coming from West Wales, we're not used to temperatures like that even at the height of summer. (It cooled down to 96F a bit later). We found the property very easily and Gina met us there, where she showed us around the place. The property was well-maintained, a new carpet & the fact that there was 2 bathrooms was a real bonus for our teenage daughter. She was the one sleeping on the Murphy bed and found it very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and in working order. Gina contacted us by phone during the stay to see if everything was OK, which it was. I'm sure, though, that she would have responded quickly if we did have any problem. The grounds of the Deauville were very well maintained and everybody we met there was very friendly. They have an evening get-together on a Wednesday evening (bring your own drinks) so we went along and met some very nice people who were residents there. There is underground parking there which kept the car cool. The property was within easy walking distance to the centre of Palm Springs, which was very lively in the evenings. We were there for the Thursday night Villagefest which had a great atmosphere. For grocery shopping, we used Ralph's, a very well-stocked supermarket about a mile and a half away. As we prefer to cook ourselves and not eat out we shopped here a lot. For general shopping we went to the Westfield Mall in Palm Desert (about 20-25 minutes drive away) which had the thumbs up from the two ladies. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed both Palm Springs and the Deauville and would love to return. We would not hesitate to book Gina's unit again as our first choice. Many thanks for a great holiday.

My friend and I have just returned from spending the month of March in this unit at The Deauville. Great king sized bed and very comfortable queen size Murphy bed in the living room. Lovely patio looking out to the mountains. The grounds of the Deauville are spectacular, and the people, that seem to return there year after year were very friendly to us .It is so centrally located that walking downtown is never an issue. If you love heat March is a wonderful time to spend in Palm Springs.

Location is great. With the exception of the carpeting everything is clean and working. Owners are very easy to reach and responsive. For the workout enthusiast I reccomend The Spa fitness center.
