This home was exceptional! It has multiple seating areas outside. The home was fully equipped with everything you need for a home away from home! From the beds to the living room to the kitchen, you cannot ask for a more pleasurable experience!

It was newer, well maintained & stocked with everything you need on vacation. Four beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and outdoor seating available in the front and back. Even a place to park you car in the garage!

Conveniently located to Zion Natl Park, Bryce Canyon, Pipe Springs NM, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and many other wonderful attractions, too numerous to list. The house was as beautiful and immaculate as depicted online, located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Kanab. It was stocked with all amenities, devices and appliances needed to make our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Our hosts made a point of making first contact and communicated regularly to ensure our needs and desires were met. We would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again. Chris & Robin

5 stars! We had a party of 7 friends (5 of us have been friends since childhood/high school) to visit the Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion. The property is beautiful, tasteful, and pristinely cared for inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked - we enjoyed cooking together every eve and sitting together at the dining room table or outdoor patio table. We all truly loved our stay and we are so very grateful. This home was beautifully decorated to feel warm and inviting! It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host, Bryan, was great with communication. We stayed here for access to Zion & Bryce National Parks and it was the perfect location! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay. Centrally located to many sites

House was well decorated, maintained, clean, with excellent kitchenware. The house's location was on a cul-de-sac and very quiet. The location of the house was great since we were able to see three national parks, Zion, Bryce, and Lake Powel. Also, Kanab was also great for hiking and we were able to visit Peekabo Canyon (slot canyon) which was awesome. There were plenty of good restaurants in Kanab and also good groceries stories. Debbie and Bryan were quick to communicate on any issue. Also, they prepared a wealth of information on possible activities. Overall, 5 star owners, house, and location.

This property was perfect for a trip to Zion and Bryce National Park. Centrally located and easy access. Loved the property.

Home was perfect! Everything you could need. Very convenient area near many areas of interest, as well as a short drive to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and many others. Host’s are very hospitable. We will stay here again as we continue to explore more of Utah’s wonders

This is the best vacation home we have ever rented. Bryan and Debbie have thought of everything. They are easy to get in touch with and really made us feel welcome. The location is wonderful too. Close enough to day trip to so many adventures like Zion, Lake Powell and Bryce. And also right outside Kanab which has great restaurants, ATV tours and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was new, immaculate and with all of the extra touches you could ask for. Communication with hosts was timely and thoughtful. Full library of movies/CDs, games, spices and kitchen items (spices, Keurig, portable cooler, etc.). Hosts even decorated for the holidays in a subtle/festive way. Generous check-in and check-out times (9AM in and as late as needed out). We accidentally left a bowl and the hosts allowed my parents (who are local) to go over an pick it up a day later. Could not recommend this home, locations or hosts any higher.

I've been using VRBO for many years and this is the BEST house I've stayed at. Bryan and Deb offered everything you would want. A fully stocked kitchen with All-Clad cookware (no crappy usual rental home cookware here). Comfortable beds and nice quality furniture. Lots of closet space with nice hangers. High-efficiency washer and dryer. Everything was wonderful. We will definitely return.

This is a beautiful home and meticulouslycared for. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores. The owners. Bryan and Debbie checked in and were available for any and all questions. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend.

Bryan and Debbie’s home and our experience with them was, quite simply, perfect! Their home was immaculately clean, beds were so comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, living area was comfortably furnished, and spacious for our family of 6 adults. There are several outdoor seating areas including an outdoor dining table and grill. Location is a 5 minute drive from supermarkets and restaurants and a central location to national and state parks (Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon north rim, and Pink Sand Dunes State Park). An all around 6 star experience!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of five! Such a cute little town! It was a perfect location to visit all the parks. We went to the Grand Canyon, Bryce, Antelope Canyon, and Zion. Everything was 1 to 1.5 hrs away. It was so nice to have a gorgeous house to come back to at the end of our long days of exploring! Bryan and Deb were awesome hosts, they went above and beyond to give us tips to every park and tips on places to eat in Kanab. Houston’s was our favorite! The house had absolutely everything we needed and more. It was so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend, we will definitely be back.

This home was perfect for our family vacation and Holiday celebration. The comforts and amenities were even better than home. A beautifully decorated house with a beyond fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space… to a game closet and comfortable reclining sofas. This place was excellent! There were maps, guides, restaurant recommendations and even coolers available to take while exploring. We loved the house, the neighbors and the gracious hosts! The small town was quaint and picturesque, kind people, but just enough shopping and good food to have everything you could need close by. We hope to be back.

This home was way more than any rental I have had previously. Bryon and Deb have thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay here. We always do a lot of our own cooking and this kitchen is so well stocked right down to any spice you could possibly need. We had a lot of ice packs and coolers along but there was plenty there already, really nice for packing lunches to spend the day in the parks. I could go on and on about all the big and little things that they thought of, but you can find that out for yourself, believe me you will not be disappointed in your choice. This is and A+ rental, and if I could have given it more stars I would.

The home is exactly as advertised. Everything that we could possibly want or needed was there and available. Bryan and Debbie are excellent hosts and have thought of it all when putting this rental house together. We were very impressed with how clean the home was and all of the additional touches that were added as well. My teenage boys even played board games from the closet with their grandma which made for good memories. The home is very quiet and peaceful and the neighbor across the street welcomed us and said hello and talked a bit one day when we returned from sightseeing. I thought this was very nice and welcoming. Especially since I sometime wonder how neighboring homeowners feel about local houses being rented out for vacationers who are out of town. Her interaction made me feel right at home and welcome. Her sweet puppy coming to say hello was an added bonus. This is the fourth home that we have rented for trips, but it's the third one through VRBO. While all the homes through VRBO have been nice. This one was my absolute favorite. This house even topped the house we rented with an indoor pool. Yep! It's that nice, clean and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again if our travels ever brought us back to Kanab UT. Definitely felt like home away from home. Thank you Bryan and Debbie for sharing your beautiful home with us and making us feel so welcome. PS, my son and nephew also loved the large bucket and plastic strainer in the garage. Came in handy for cleaning their rocks outside that they found at Agate hill. This was one very memorable trip. 🌄

This property is awesome. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, has all the necessities for cooking, for personal needs. Every detail is addressed. It is immaculate, a true home away from home. It is centrally located for day trips to the parks, Zion, North Rim Grand Canyon, Bryce, Lake Powell as well as more local attractions. Great experience.

Perfect house for our family of 6. Best stocked house we have stayed in. Bryan and Debbie were great to communicate with. They offered great tips on things to do around Kanab. Saw wildlife out the back door nearly every morning and evening

We had a great experience and couldn’t have asked for more. The owners quickly answered any questions that we had. Several mornings and evenings we enjoyed watching the deer from the dining room table.

I couldn't possible say enough about this lovely property. There wasn't a single thing to complain about. We were a family of 5 women and whenever we needed something (a bandaid, a book to read, a notepad and pen, ziplock bag, cooler; you name it) we found it. Four recliners in family room with elec. fireplace was so comfortable. Great kitchen and pantry. We all had so much fun and staying here was the icing on the cake.
