Good location for walking in Cinque Terre

Top much noise from other rooms. The breakfast was very limited. Few choices and bad coffee

The room was comfortable and clean with partial sea views.Housekeeping was excellent. The front desk staff were very helpful and excellent people. The hotel is centrally located close to restaurants , bars and beaches.

Breakfast is quite basic and the same items were on the menu for all the three days we stayed at the hotel. Wifi reception was very poor in the rooms.

The hotel was convenient, safe and clean. The staff was very nice. I did feel like I walked into a bit of a time warp, but honestly everything was fine, and I would stay there again!

the room was a bit small, but it served our purpose just fine. We were not big fans of the breakfast, but I am sort of a snob.

Location is beyond excellent. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes walking at the speed of a 3-year-old. The hotel is very close to all the beaches, close to good restaurants and not too far from the historical center (there's not much to do in the historical center anyway). Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Really great people work here, we are grateful for all their kindness. The hotel has its own yard with tables, chairs and umbrellas, which is a very nice place to just chill, read a book. The breakfast is pretty OK. It could become excellent if they offered some warm food options like omelette, scrambled eggs or something like that, and fresh juice. The hotel has a free parking. However, the parking is very crammed. It is not so easy to get in, and also you leave your leys in the reception, because the hotel staff needs to sometimes move the cars around if someone wants to get out. The cars are parked in many rows. I suppose the staff would not be happy if you would like to travel constantly from Monterosso to other places. It would be a big headache, so I suppose no one does that anyway.

The biggest issue was that there was no air conditioning (at least in our room and in common spaces, e.g. the breakfast restaurant). A bit of a bigger issue still was that we were informed that they have air conditioning (perhaps this old information is kept only on Booking.com). The rooms only have huge fans on the ceiling, which mix the air. It is better than nothing. But still lack of air conditioning was the major drawback and has substantially reduced our pleasure. At one point the cleaners insisted that they need to clean our room even if we said "no thank you". They stormed into our room and asked us to leave until they clean the room. It was not a very pleasant (and unusual) experience. Overall, the potential of this hotel is really great, and I do not understand why owners do not upgrade a few small things so that the hotel is exceptional. Now they have 3 stars. I bet, for 4 (or even 5) stars they would only need: 1. air conditioning; 2. upgraded breakfast. Otherwise the hotel is pretty much really good. And their location is a true blessing for them.

We loved this place because is so close to the beach ! And it is not noisy at all....the workers of the hotel are very nice as well, always providing the necessary information, always helping. The breakfast was very good as well, very varied and with fresh fruits.

Great location, very friendly staff and good value

It said on their page that there would be free parking, but guess what? i get a ticket even though i parked right outside.

It was clean, the room was very nice, the staff was amazing and very helpful, the hotel is located very closed to the beach, in Monterosso so perfectly located to visit the other villages of Cinque Terre with the train, I was sad to leave, and would have stayed longer if my schedule allowed it !

The breakfast was not as amazing as the rest, but still very decent.

Very nice, clean and cosy hotel with the area around equipped with tables, sun beds and umbrellas. Room where I stayed is also very cosy, though quite small (but ok, it’s Italy). The close area is very quiet at night (only birds singing), what is VERY important for me! Great location, just 120 meters away from the nearest beach. This is very important now as never before, because to access the public beach is only via QR-code upon early registration, but you’ll surly never get it, because the number of places on public beaches is soo numerous. And to stay under umbrella on a private beach costs €30! So, as for me, the best option was to stay on beach beds at the hotel area and to go to beach just to swim in the sea.

After all what I noted above, there is one issue lol THE SHELVE ABOVE THE BED. It’s located a bit above the eyes level, so you don’t actually see it when come close to bedside tables, but still having the height of about 180 cm you hit it hard with your head. Meanwhile that shelve is kept empty, so what’s the use in it?! If the hotel management read it here sometimes, PLEASE demolish all that stupid shelves, which has no use! Or at least cut their depth at least twice. Nevertheless I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was good. We liked the bread. The location was perfect. It was near the beaches and the train station. Staff was accommodating with our requests.

The staff was nice but since they had to assist us at the buffet breakfast (due to Covid-19 restrictions), they seemed stressed and we felt we had to hurry in choosing our food. They also ran out of hot chocolate drink (on a Sunday morning, of all mornings!) and the lady didn’t even apologize (she aloofly said “just choose something else”). Our room was decent but we sustained insect and mosquito bites.
