Perfect location, clean and lovely staff

Rooms were very small

The breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from . We had stayed at another hotel previously and we felt Hotel Souvenir was outstanding in every way! We will return, 5stars!

This was a fabulous accommodation - spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast, in a great location and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. It totally exceeded our expectations.

The AC unit worked well. Breakfast was good, except there was a coffee machine and not fresh coffee. The wait staff was accommodating. The bathroom was updated.

Needs refurbishing. The hallways and stairway la need improvement. The reception area smells. And lots of stairs to climb with luggage. Our bathroom was tiny and the room was small. The walls are thin. The room was clean, but the beds were very hard, and not my preference. The location was a bit uphill and out of the way, although we were told to get there was walkable and close to the train, with big luggage in the heat this was not realistic and was a challenge.

Great friendly staff greet you and look after you very well. Awesome service and sensational location.

Friendly staff and clean room. At breakfast, there is a choice of fried/scrambled eggs and they cook it for you only when you place your order.

From start to finish we loved our stay! the hotel staff were so kind and welcoming they made our stay excellent. The hotel property and room is clean and the free breakfast is yummy. all the staff we came across were very nice especially Joseph. he helped us up to our room, and at check out time he assisted us with our luggages to the taxis. Hoping to come back again, highly recommend a stay here! The town is so dreamy!
