The location is unbeatable. The staff at reception is extremely nice and helpful. The view from the balconies is breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and clean. I also found the bed very comfortable.

Unfortunately one of the staff members at breakfast was rude (thinking we didn’t understand Italian). Also, some of the guests seemed bothered by our kids playing inside the pool…perhaps not the most kid friendly hotel.

The pool was the main reason we booked and it wasn't operational in October.

Absolutely the only place to stay in Cinque Terre. Fantastic views. Welcoming staff. Easy access - which is a major factor when staying in this region.

View was amazing!

Overpriced. This was our third and final hotel stay while in Italy and also the most expensive. Unfortunately, it was our least favorite. Staff was not even close to being as helpful as the other places we stayed and accommodations were not as comfortable. But I must say the view was amazing!

Views, location and friendly staff. Room was clean and had small balcony for one person.

No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Swimming pool was closed which was not told to us when I booked. I had booked the hotel because it had a pool so this was very annoying.

The view is amazing both from the room and the restaurant. Breakfast was satisfactory and delicious. Make sure you had prosecco before starting your day in Cinque Terre :) There is taxi and shuttle service. They cover everything you need.

The pool may be renewed but it doesn't really matter.
