Rundown rooms unlike the pictures they’ve put on the website. housekeeping staff barely stocked the room with tea / coffee. The staff came over with chocolates and an apology which was sweet but doesn’t really do much for the run down rooms. At checkout the gentleman helping out was a little rude. Felt like I was only paying for the brand

Excellent location.

Our expensive King Rooms were dirty. We had to request rooms being serviced. Even then, nobody came to fix them. Cups and glasses left unwashed. Bins not emptied. Beds not made. Our bathroom was dirty and there were tiles coming off the shower with rust and debris coming through. Random removal of bath mats and sporadic replacement of towels. Bar and restaurant on site closed early because of "a shortage of staff". Our complaints to senior management resulted in an insulting offer of a free breakfast next time we visit! We are still fighting the Hilton Empire for proper compensation!

The hotel is very close to the main train station. The room was well-kept and comfortable, the hotel is close to the historical center.

immense noise from outside. Hotel not in best shape. Choice of teas very disappointing. In various locations there were very few teas available. The tea water was way too cold. Different coffee machines all over the place, different cup sizes. Food was of medium quality. Accesibility with wheelchair of a friend to conference area was horrible. Usability of fosset in bathroom is counterintuitive. I advised that the room should not be cleaned, but they came anyway. I asked for an invoice via email and it was not send.

Das Frühstück war mäßig, keine gute Auswahl, es wurde nicht zeitnah nachgelegt, mit 29 € völlig überteuert.

Hotel ligt midden in het centrum. Voldoende keuze in het ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Voor de prijs hadden we toch wel een flesje water verwacht op de kamer. Spijtig dat dat niet voorzien was.

Breakfast was OK. Room was OK, but we expected more from a property that was recently upgraded. Room has a rundown feeling. Location is excellent for visiting all the main attractions. Train station is close by across the plain.

When we arrived late on Sunday afternoon, there were protests going on and the plain in front of the hotel was strewn with rubbish No effort was made by the hotel to clean it up so that guests could get through.

Excellent location opposite Brussels Central; apples every day at the reception area; fridge is totally empty for guests to use which is a great idea- if you need food, they provide vending machines in their lobby.

Range of coffee and tea was not as good as a 4 Star (Park Royal Victoria) in Amsterdam. Corner room is big but the use of space is not so good and thus the room ended up looking smaller than it really is. The room was a bit dark even with all the lights on - unless you keep the curtains opened. One lamp could only be switched on and off by plugging the cord into or out of the socket, which was a bit ridiculous for a 4-Star hotel.

Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre! Die Executive lounge war fantastisch (Fingerfood, Joghurt, Obst, Snacks, Suppe, Getränke zwischendurch, war inbegriffen).

Prachtige lobby met mooi interieur. Ruime, zeer schone kamers. Comfortabel bed. Goede ligging van het hotel op korte loopafstand van vrijwel alles. Enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

We hadden door onze kamer toegang tot de executive lounge, hier werd ook ons ontbijt geserveerd apart van het regulier ontbijt. Je betaald best wat voor de kamer dus je verwacht een mooi ontbijtje in deze lounge. Echter was het aanbod heel mager. 1 soort brood plus 2 zoete broodjes, yoghurt, sap en 4 soorten Beleg voor op je broodje. Daarnaast duurde het erg lang voordat het werd bijgevuld, ondanks het belletje aan de muur. De 2e ochtend zijn we naar het reguliere, veel uitgebreidere ontbijt gegaan waar we 15 euro pp moesten bijbetalen. De selectie bij de kleine bar in het hotel vonden we zeer gelimiteerd. We hadden een mooie kamer op de 4e verdieping maar het klonk alsof we op de begane grond zaten. De ambulances en politie auto's met sirenes klonken alsof ze langs je bed af reden. Hetzelfde wanneer de buren in/uit hun kamer liepen. Ook werd tijdens het boeken op booking.com of in de bevestiging mails, niet benoemd dat je 100 euro borg moet laten reserveren op je credit card. Voor de hoge prijs van onze kamer vonden we dit bijzonder. Op booking.com stond ook dat we parkeren konden reserveren tegen een bepaald tarief. Het bleek de reguliere ondergrondse parking te zijn tegen normaal tarief, 22 euro per 24 uur, en reserveren was niet mogelijk.

Proximity to main attractions

Probably my worst hotel stay ever. Reasons below: 1. There was no running water in the bathrooms which the staff knew about but I was not informed at the point of check in. After a long journey I did not even have water to wash my hands which was very inconvenient. The water came back after about 6 hours 2. No complimentary bottled water in the room, I had to request for it 3. No bedroom slippers, I also had to request for this of which I was told there were no housekeeping staff that could bring it to my room I had to go down and collect it myself 4. Limited options for breakfast 5. Hotel is a bit old

ótima localização e o café da manhã era excepcional. A estrutura é antiga mas tudo funciona. O uso de carpete no quarta não achei legal pois não dá uma sensaça2o de limpeza. Mas no geral a hospedagem foi ótima, apesar de usarmos mais para dormir, pois tem muito turismo para fazer. Muito próximo da estação de trem e metro.

I had reserved a basic room, but decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite. The receptionist threw in the buffet breakfast and the executive lounge, and gave us a good price. It was a smart move, extras made the experience even more comfortable. The hotel is across the street from the Brussels Central train station, very convenient. The neighborhood is busy, and there is a miniature homeless encampment in a sheltered alley around the corner, but nothing to get upset about. The soundproofing is very good. We visited during a Labor Day (May 1) festival, and some of the highly amplified music leaked in the windows, but it was tolerable. The location is right where we wanted to be able to walk to the sights we wanted to see, no need for a car. We had a splendid view from the upper floor window.

The location is fantastic, as the hotel is located just across the central station. The hotel is also steps away from the city center. The hotel, as well as the rooms are nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Breakfast was also good and offered various options.

The chaos and long waiting time at the reception. When we arrived at 14:50 our 2 bedrooms were still not ready. They asked us to wait 5 minutes and in the end we had to wait 20 minutes. To check-in and check-out there were always long lines. There hotel has few staff at the reception and the few staff that is there seems to be overwhelmed. The only positive thing I can say from the reception is that my daughter got sick and one of the staff helped me to find a hospital where I could bring her.

Location is awesome!

Did not quite seem to be at Hilton level. More like Hilton Garden Inn.

Ac didn’t work room far to nosy with window open. No complementary water had to pay €3.50 a bottle. Only two small creamers to make coffee but was lots it coffee and tea. Why only two cream. Mattress very uncomfortable. Come over on a P&O ferry from hull bed was more comfortable on the ship.

Hartje Brussel, We liepen de parkeergarage uit en stonden praktisch voor het Hilton. De Receptie medewerker heeft ons prima geholpen heeft alleen geen gevoel voor humor. We hadden al betaald via booking en we moesten nog borg gaan betalen. Dit vonden we een beetje verwonderlijk.

Als je wilt dat ik negatiefe zaken ga schrijven en dan ook minimaal een aantal woorden moet gaan gebruiken vindt ik dat wel een beetje jammer. Ons verblijf was prima maar deze vragenlijst te veel gericht op negativiteit.
