The very high pricing and not so good vegeterian food in the dinner. The water temperature of the pool was not warm enough.

Great facilities, amazing food and kind personnel. The drive up to the castle and the venue itself get you into a relaxed mindset instantly.

Porter is a very nice and genuine guy. Property is pretty & in good location, friendly staff but a little untrained as how to handle guests under the current rules

The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Having stayed here before, the restaurant was quite disappointing. Limited choice & felt rather basic. The Michelin star restaurant was not available but I thought that the standard restaurant would have still been a good experience. It wasn't. We were woken on the first day starting at 06.30hrs by noisy loading, when questioned (ie. would this be repeated) they had no clue. The noise disturbed us again the next morning. So much for a restful break! Our complaint was dismissed at checkout.
