There was nothing we didn’t like. Just thought it was very expensive but then you are paying for the convenience of the Airport.

ヨーロッパから到着した折に、ヒースロー空港のターミナル-５より専用の通路が有り、天気に関係なく移動にとても有り難かった。 フレンチレストラン、ラ　ベルエポックのお料理がとても美味しく、サービスも良かった。

ロンドンの街中への移動には少し時間がかかる事。 サッカーのイベントがあったためか、同じカテゴリーの希望の部屋に入るのに朝食付きのエクストラの料金を支払わざるを得なかった。

If you're travelling from t5 , the location is perfect , if you're going to another Heathrow terminal , they are one stop away on a free train . So the location works for all of them, The hotel standard is fantastic and the rooms super comfortable

Signage to hotel. Not at all clear when arriving at T5 by bus or in carparks. Signage having if in one direction. Rang hotel reception 3 times for directions and in sufficient directions given and using Cafe Nero as landmark should have been made clear there are two !! Room lacked correct basics. No hand wash and whstcsjouldvgavevbeen hand-wash was body lotion !

Location at T5 can't be beaten for an early flight

Room was shabby with broken fixtures. Apart from the size, doesn't feel like it deserves the star rating. Furniture scuffed up, carpet has stains. Very little in the room.

rooms and bedding are excellent as usual. clean fresh nothing run down. Check in staff are a little slow and seem confused at times. I just love staying here after along flight. Sunday roast served cool and seemed to have been sitting around quite a while. In general staff needs to up their game to justify this fantastic hotel.

staff are not 5 star. slow and seem poorly trained. Food was not served hot, just warm. Disapointing. Room just never cooled down, granted there was a heat wave but still, this is a 5 star hotel.

The bed moved away from the wall when you leant against the headboard - which was fixed to the wall.

Great location for departures and arrivals - wheeled suitcases straight in and transferred to room.

Stayed twice - first stay room had good coffee machine. Second stay only instant coffee provided and no water in room. Always rebook the restaurants.

Staying at the Sofitel London Heathrow was such a lovely experience! It's incredibly convenient, nestled right by the airport, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat away from all the airport hustle. The rooms? Super comfy and surprisingly quiet, offering a perfect escape. Breakfast was a treat with so many good options to choose from. What truly made my stay stand out, though, was the warmth of the staff, especially Needna who checked me in. She was so nice and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Her friendly demeanor and helpfulness added that special touch to my stay, ensuring everything was just perfect. I'd absolutely recommend the Sofitel London Heathrow for anyone looking for a friendly, stress-free spot right next to the airport. It's not just about the convenience; it's the cozy, inviting atmosphere that makes it a great start or finish to your journey.

It was a perfect stay!

Very clean and staff very attentive.

Hot water was coming out of the cold water tap. Not enough English tea and milks.

Restaurant was busy so I ate in the bar. Food was better than expected and service friendly and prompt even though it was busy. Breakfast was as expected. I had an omelet and the chef was lovely. Having a later checkout was wonderful as my flight was in the afternoon. Ease to get to Terminal 5 and gates was perfect. Linens etc were comfortable.

Only complaint I had was around electrics in the room. It wasn’t obvious where the key needed to go in to get lights on. I had to call reception and it still took some time…..it’s hidden in what looked like Air Conditioner settings. There were no outlets near the bed to charge electronics during the night. I like to listen to podcasts to get to sleep and couldn’t do that as battery was low from inbound flight. Again I had to call down to find the hair dryer which was in a small desk drawer in office area. It might be helpful to have Staff at checkin advise about where to insert key for lights as it was dark when I arrived so was going by dim hall lights. Alternatively have a notice above the slot. Having a notice where hair dryer is would have been helpful …usually it’s in a bag somewhere in bathroom so a small printed sign would help. I had checked I thought all the drawers but didn’t notice the small desk drawer.

Hotel is super convenient to Heathrow terminal 5 and our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable!

The light switches tied to the key module were confusing and not great quality.
