The staff was very helpful and open to help. I had a problem with the smell in the room and they listened to my feedback, verified and tried to remediate the problem and then changed my room. The room was clean. Check out hours is later than other places I stayed in. Reception was open longer. Close to the center. Close to the city entrance/exit. I avoided the traffic jam when leaving and it was really helpful.

Only few parking places and some of them really tight. For the first night I was not able to park in the hotel parking. But in the 2nd day I managed to park there. The problem I has with the smell in the room. But it was fixed.

No facilities, no minibar, no balcony available, extremely uncomfortable beds (small even for single beds) , not suitable for tall persons.

way too noisy - we book this place two nights special for having a rest from our long trip, but our room was pointed straight to the road and it felt like we slept on the highway.

- room big enough; - fair breakfast; - there is an elevator;

- poor soundproofing; - we've stayed at the third floor and, despite that, we were awaked every morning with the food smell from the breakfast room (which is at the ground floor); - lotery if you want to find a parking spot at the property; - ratio price-quality below average; - you'll have to wait several minutes for the hot water in the bathroom;

- large room ( it was like a mini apartment with separate bedroom, livingroom mini hol and bath) , - fair price, - friendlly staff, - the parking space was small but we got a spot :)

- the soffa had a broken part, - the elevator was making a strange noise between 1st and 2d floor that got us a bit worried but it worked.

they advertise nice and renovated rooms but they give you old and ugly rooms from communism times not recommend. never again

We had a crazy delay with out flight and arrived at 4am at the hotel. We were welcome and the receptionist was really kind and managed to get us checked in really quickly. We really appreciate this. The location is 10 mins walk from the city centre, there are loads of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious, warm and the bed is super comfortable. Checkout at 12 is really convenient. We are very happy and we will be back!

We got different (worse) room then on pictures. It is a bit noisy as the hotel is nearby very busy road.
