The location was a little remote but fine - the young lady who checked us in was lovely - the one who served us dinner was not so pleasant & food was mediocre our room was fine just a bit out of the way.

Just a bit out of the centre but necessary to get private parking.

Location amazing

The room very basic with a separate toilet in a cupboard?! We could hear next doors TV all night. Staff not particularly helpful, when asked to check out early to leave in time catch ferry, made to wait 20 minutes as owner was preparing breakfast.

Clean well appointed room. Breakfast was nice and plentiful, all staff very nice and helpful.

We tried on 2 nights to get an evening meal in the hotel ( we stayed for 3 nights) and were told you were full the first night and fri, sat, sun no meals served. Luckily there were restaurants nearby but It would have been easy for you to check with your guests, whether they require a table and reserve it for them, and make it known thst there is none on Fri, Sat, sun evenings.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean.

The desk clerk wasn’t very friendly nor helpful We were not going to pay $12 for a continental breakfast There were no brochures about what to see.

Just really good value - comfortable and very clean room. The restaurant food was very good value and the breakfast was very adequate

it was spotless in the room and such a good size for a family room.

The restaurant wasn’t open for anyone other than a private party. We could have done with being able to get food after arriving late after a long drive.

Convenient for ferry

Air con unit was pouring water onto floor so carpet soaking wet and subsequently our bags too. Too late at night to do anything about it
