Great location on a street full of bars and restaurants and nearby a beach. Nice room. Easy check-in and out. Friendly personnel.

Parking spots are not very nearby and information about how to get to the hotel and where to park was sent quite late, which resulted in me driving arround Biarritz for an hour in search of a spot.

The location is perfect with beautiful sites on walking distance.

The hotel is a shared property next door. It does not have it's own staffed reception. The hotel itself feels like lost glory, it had the impression it used to be a pretty building

Perfect location clean room. Yes it's a bit of a noisy area but if you want to be in the right location than the hotel is more than adequate.

It is basic but you don't spend a lot of time in your room so why pay more

I stayed at its sister hotel next door to it as I requested a balcony, the hotels name sign blocked my view down the street of the ocean, but the room was lovely,

Location was excellent. Breakfast was served next door in Brit Hotel Marbella which was very satisfactory with a wide choice of options.

The safe for valuables in all 3 rooms failed to work at some point during our stay. Single room space quite restricted, particularly in bathroom shower area, leading to escape of water onto bathroom floor.

The location beside Le Petit Plage a beautiful sandy cove was perfect. The hotel was close to the centre with lots of restaurants, bars and shops close by. The receptionist who greeted us on our arrival and checked us out was very helpful and friendly and did her best to help us with our difficulties. The breakfast buffet at the next door sister hotel was excellent.

The room was small and dark. The carpet beside the tiny en-suite was wet and smelly. It was impossible to take a shower without drowning the whole bathroom as the shower cubicle was too small and the curtains too big. The safe deposit box did not work and the management were unable to fix it. They were unable to facilitate a change of room. A towel was put on the floor at the entrance to my en-suite and they suggested that I put my valuables in my friends safe deposit in another room.

Wifi not working for all devices

We got upgraded to a better room which was great. The member of staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was large and had a kettle for making tea and coffee.

The sink was blocked so would fill up when used.

The noise of the central heating /water heater goingvoff and on all night long was a little disturbing,
