We enjoyed our stay a lit - very nice people, spacious family room and good breakfast.

The family room was on basement floor, but that did not disturb much.

The bedroom was beautiful, the breakfast really nice, and the hotel itself was renovated with a lot of taste. It’s walking distance to a lot of amazing restaurants.

The room was noisy from the noise outside during the night.

Location and facilities are fine

There is a male receptionist with beard and shaved head was very unprofessional, I'm not sure what happened on him, but I assume nobody wants to see a sick face everyday especially during vacation...

The facilities offered were excellent - all very tastefully decorated. We especially enjoyed using the enclosed verandah setting for breakfast and snacks.

We would have preferred a room on the lower floors as we are elderly and did not realize thgat we had to walk upstairs as we were on the third floor

This really is a superb hotel - everything is perfect and the staff excellent. The decor is beautiful and the hotel location is just right for access to the town and the beach but in a very quiet area.

The room was very spacious and beautiful! Perfect location, pleasant staff and good hospitality. Will be staying there again.

Not the hotel’s fault but we drove and parking our car was inconvenient as we needed to put in in a parking garage-10 minute walk

Lovely hotel with fantastic comfortable interior design. Well located for local facilities towards the southern end of biarritz. Very warm welcome from Ambroise and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is taken in the beautiful conservatory, with an excellent mix of good coffee, continental style meats/yoghurts etc and scrambled eggs & bacon
