Nice location. Few meters walk to the center, supermarkets and restaurants. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Self check in with instructions was very helpful. The apartment is a little bit small and has a weird smell. They are strict that requires deposit and needs to inspect the apartment before checking out. Sometimes heater runs out and internet fails but just need to restart the wifi. They require you to pull all the sheets, towels in one laundry bag , take out garbage and clean kitchen before checking out which takes a lot of time. So if you need to catch a flight or train make sure to set aside a time. Good thing we only had to stay for 2 nights and most of the time we're out so if apartment is too small it's really just for sleeping.

1. There’s a cleaning fee of 55 euros not included in the price. However, even then you pay it, they still have some crazy cleaning rules that the guests should ensure. We needed to put our bedsheets and towels into some bag, clean the dishes. And when we wanted to check out, we needed to wait for the staff to check our room. They checked and asked us to come back and throw out our trashes. That doesn’t make sense to me when you pay 55 euros for the cleaning and the staff still can’t trow one bag of trash for you. 2. So basically we just wasted one hour cleaning for them (even if we paid for cleaning :)) and they still had pretty early check out time at 10am.

If book the parking there are no possibility to check-in online, because the garage remote control have to be picked up at reception. Check-out took half an hour even deposit transferred per credit card.

Location, spa

Four star with furniture worn down. The photos do not represent the reality of things. They charge you for cleaning. Only one access to the spa.

Second bed was a sofa bed which although large and comfortable completely blocked access to the terrace.
