My check in experience was awful. They ‘upgraded’ me into the apartment which had broken locks on both doors going to the terrace- I didn’t feel safe staying there and requested to be moved. Some parts of the apartment need more attention to detailed cleaning- fingerprints on the doors and kitchen cupboards.

Reception staffs are brilliant behavior and cooperation. Apartmemt was very big and well managed, I was really happy with this stay.

Everything about the Park Hotel Apartments was so welcoming, the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was beautiful and very comfortable. All the supplies were refreshed daily and the beds were so cozy. It was a wonderful stay and I would be very pleased to return. Ritesh made us feel extremely welcome from the moment he checked us in to the second that we left. He and the rest of the team were so friendly and helpful, they made our stay feel so very warm and personal Karim and Cherry at the Rotana always greeted us with a very warm welcome at breakfast and even knew our coffee order and reminded us when the buffet was closing as we would get lost in enjoying our breakfast experience.

It was overall a good experience. If you are just going to visit places and only use the hotel for staying the night, its worth it.

The tap water was too much chlorinated. Noise during the night of construction.

location is easy to find and few steps from aljaddaf metro station. large one bedroom flat with big bedroom and basic equipped kitchen. the toilet was large with a bathtub and water pressure was good. the reception is small but very cosy and welcoming staff.

its a bit old hotel and the majlis café was closed. some maintenance is taking place in the hotel but never effected my stay or sleep quality.

Excellent Customer Care

Just some bits to do with the maintenance of the bathroom with leaking washbasin and blocked bathtub drains which lingered over sometime before getting fixed. Otherwise everything else was good onwards.

most of the gym machines are broken I had insects crawling in my room on many occasions and once in my bed

The room was spacious. Everything you need was there as it is an apartment/hotel. There was a nice pool to relax as the hotel was very quiet as well. We booked for a classic studio room However, Mr. Alaa from the front desk was very nice to upgrade our room to a classic one BR apartment. My son enjoyed everything so we had to extend anoy night and got an upgrade and same room as well. The breakfast was in the nearby hotel Rotana Suites and I can say that the food served were tasy and had a lot of varieties to choose from. This hotel is highly recommended.
