Este es nuestro tercer año y la verdad nos sigue encantando. Las instalaciones, los restaurantes, el servicio. Es un hotel hermoso.

Pues que en los cuartos ya no hay frigo bar. La vdd que a veces se ocupa sobre todo si alguien ocupamos algún medicamento que necesite refrigeración o simplemente conservar algo. Teníamos que pedir que nos llevaran hielo a cada rato. El grupo Zhiuatlán ya no está en el foro. Ya no son los mismos chavos y por lo mismo siento le falta dinámica. Los muchachos que estaban en el antiguo foro le daban mucha vida a las noches, la vdd el nuevo espacio queda muy chico.

Me dejaron en el rayo del sol sin permitirme la entrada por qué el Chek in era a las 13:30 y llegamos a las 12:40 ni en la recepción nos dejaron pasar del taxi nos bajaron en la pluma de la entrada con maletas y niños pésimo

First day I have to pay extra because I have a child I say ok plus early check plus extra room better view. They give me a room but some people are on the same room I have to go back. I get another room but room was not so clean 😕 for what a pay I expect little more extra love.. many place at the resort have no air conditioner rules ridiculous.. my experience at this resort was not what I expected I'm not sure going back to this resort again

Food was very poor this time, very repetitive, limited selections, steak house was not good, facilities and pool decks ar3 not being maintained, cracks and loose stucco, pool fountains not working, recreational and games tables were not maintained, ripped cloth on pool tables, broken fooseball handles

The staff everywhere in the resort was friendly. The outdoor facilities: pools, beach, etc. were all very nice. There were multiple buffet restaurants with staggered times, so never crowded.

Buffet food was just "good". Pretty much the same items at breakfast every day. Lunch an dinners also just "good", with few spicy or even flavorful dishes. Chafing dishes were more like a chow line.

Everything was so awesome, nothing was there which we can say was bad, everything was just perfect and very well managed, starting from the room comfort, bathroom, beds, cleanliness, ocean view, AC, bathtub, Pools, Foods, events , everything was so awesome and planned, Thanks to the management and I am surely going to Return

The hotel is spacious and located between two of the best beaches in Ixtapa: playa linda and playa quieta. The property and hotel rooms were beautiful . The best part of this hotel are the people that work here. They really treat you like family. They went out of their way to make sure I received anything I requested. We stayed for 16 day and never had any stomach or health issues. I give many thanks to the entire staff for making it a memorable vacation.
