I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delightful. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the spa center was included in the price. This thoughtful addition greatly enhanced my experience and allowed me to enjoy a more relaxing journey. I made it a point to visit the spa center every day. The location is quite favorable, characterized by a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. You'll find a variety of renowned brands within easy reach for your shopping needs, and the main shopping district is conveniently located approximately a 35-minute walk from here.

The walls are relatively low and may benefit from improved sound insulation. I've witnessed some background noise coming from the adjacent rooms, both above and beside, which can be a bit distracting.

Excellent location right next to the Lima metro station makes it easy to explore Milan. Also, the neighborhood has Italian clothing stores that can offer great bargains, good cafes and restaurants, even excellent Italian food for affordable prices (try e.g. Alba D'Oro). Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Nice sauna and refreshing pool with warm water. Hotel service was very friendly and exceeded expectations! All in all, a pleasant experience.

Breakfast seemed ok, but not as rich and full of variety as we are used to seeing in quality Scandinavian hotels. We ate in the nearby places every morning and that turned out to be a good deal for us.

Goede bedden, goede douche, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet in restaurantruimte op 6de verdiep, verzorgd en proper. Wij kozen dit hotel omwille van de metrohalte voor de deur en de makkelijke verbinding naar luchthaven (Linate) en centrum, alsook de omgeving: buurt Buenos Aires heeft vooral veel winkels, buurt Porta Venezia heeft leuke bars&resto’s.

Het hotel is inderdaad wat verouderd qua stijl maar wel verzorgd en gezellig. De getoonde foto’s zijn accuraat dus je kiest hiervoor of net niet.

Great location, very clean hotel, nice staff, good room and bed, delicious breakfast with a lot of options. Sauna was really good.

The swimming pool was a bit dirty and the waterfalls in it didn’t work. The walls are like paper, I heard and understood every single word when people talked in the other room. I even woke up at night, because I heard them. I passed by a room to get my breakfast and I heard everything what people talked about in that room. That’s insane. When others close or shut their doors, the walls are almost moving and it’s impossible to take a good rest in the morning. I expected more from a four star hotel.

Perfect location, clean room, nice breakfast

The facilities were great - really whooped the spa, pool and gym access and rooms had a lot of features that made staying there very comfortable (clothesline in the bathroom, aircon, lifts)

The location while convenient and very close to the metro was at a very noisy street. We were being woken up multiple times a night by traffic and a A LOT of ambulance sirens constantly blaring.

Elevator was not working. There was another one on the other side of the building but it took much more time to get to the room and back. Noise in the room that was next to a staircase. Noise from the staircase woke me up every morning. Smart TV/ Google Chromecast not working. Staff said it cannot be fixed and didn't offer any solution. No towels or water dispenser in the spa. Had to go back to the main reception desk to get a towel. You can hear metro trains in the spa every five minutes which is not very relaxing. The pool might be good for kids but it's not great for swimming. The hotel is rather dated and requires thorough renovation.
