Good location next to La Passeggiata dell'Imparatrice with walking distance to the city center. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

Lovely view out to sea. Nice room and bathroom. Good location for walking into town.

Our air-conditioning in the room didn’t work. Don’t like astroturf (was at the entrance). Would have liked to have seen some of the historic elements left of the beautiful building the hotel was in.

Bed was super comfy. It was immaculate. Lovely tea coffee facilities. Beautiful clean bathroom. Little care package in the bathroom with little toiletries and bath robes. Really lovely.

Lovely view of the sea and sky when in bed, but from the balcony wad a road with lots of passers by and traffic. It felt a little over looked.

it is advertised as a hotel on booking.com, it’s definitely not a hotel, more like a serviced room in someone’s house, there was no hotel type facilities. It is very inaccessible, 15 or so stairs from the car park, then 8-10 more stairs to the front door and then lift didn’t work well (it was very old fashioned) and we had to carry luggage and a pram with two babies up a lot of stairs (this is perhaps on us and we should have checked this before booking) in our opinion not for families, would be fine for individuals or a couple! We then tried to leave the grounds on foot for dinner and were met with several locked gates, so had to go back through the car park (and all of the stairs), strange set up and strange place, the one facility available in the building was a coffee machine, but this was broken!

The property was very clean and neat. I thought the location was excellent. It was very quiet and the staff were all very kind.

Disappointing breakfast. Only cold stuff, without even the possibility of making toast! Excellent parking facilities, but expensive. Next time I think we might park for free in the road outside!

Very clean room. Friendly staff really helpful as well as the management. As soon as I ask Robe and sleepers I got them. Great location. 10 min walk to center. Nice breakfast.

I actually thought that the room will have balcony. But it didn't. It was not easy to find location very confusing. And unfortunately you can hear everything around your room. What happening to the rooms next to you.

Luxury Suites = fake worst breakfast ever parking lot inconvenient and small

The photos are deceiving, this is an an-ex building of the Miramare Hotel, the photos on their website are from that hotel and not the Sanremo Luxury Suits, it took us 1 hour to locate the entrance to the building. The room and bathroom were tiny. The bed and pillows were very good!

Laura, Giorgio and Stefano made our stay absolutely incredible! They provided too customer service while we enjoyed the beautiful sea views. the room was so pretty, clean and comfortable. It was the perfect 10 year wedding anniversary celebration!
