Very disappointed with the communication from the owner. Wifi did not work for the duration of our stay & also the handle to the door of the apartment kept falling off and we were worried about getting trapped- huge safety risk in the event of a fire.We had contacted the owner by text several times & email but no reply. 48 steep steps up to the living area- further flights of stairs to the other bedrooms and terrace. No elevator. No air con - temp inside apartment reached over 35 degrees. Overhead shower fitting kept falling off the wall. Pillows of poor quality- we ended up purchasing pillows and fans to make this stay more bearable. No instructions as to where to leave keys on the final day even though we had notified the owner of our planned check out time. We were at risk of missing our train when finally after texting and phoning we got a text message saying where to leave them.

Some beds dated, can be noisy with markets outside and owner difficult to contact on arrival.
