The staff was very polite and friendly. In addition, the hotel is in quite place but only two minutes by foot to the center of Portaria. The breakfast was simple but descent. I totally recommend it.

It was kind difficult to drive to the place with the navigator. I suggest parking at the square 50m from hotel and go on foot. There is a parking spot closer to the hotel but the alley is narrow and maybe difficult to drive through.. Still, it was a minor issue!

- The central heating in the rooms was set at a very high temperature and there was no way to lower the temperature in the room (ours at least was not working). - Bathroom needs renovation. - Long queue for breakfast. We had to skip 2 out of 3 times.
