Facilities are more than Awesome, except the Spa it looks like a .....house. Water activities, snacks, drinks, are all amazing! Enjoy it to the max and make sure you don't book more than 5 days, as its more than enough. If you think the room is a 5 star resort room you are mistaken ! The room as old as my grandfather beach house or cabin. Room service is not as expected. Finally the Food, quantity over quality, and cannot be fixed with simple touch of Salt & pepper.

greenery and facility is great

staff don’t speak English at all, can’t communicate basic needs or responses. cleaning staff missed a lot of days despite the ‘clean my room sign’ and had to be called for towels and basic cleaning. staff unhappy ( reception, towel rack attendants, ) and almost rude and restaurant staff complaining of long hours through gestures and almost sign language …completely uncheerful environment for a family resort. staff training and well-being should be a priority in this hotel, even a DND sign is not respected.

staff don’t speak English at all bathroom was not cleaned visibly and housekeeping staff questioned us when we reported the incident!! asked to get medication from a pharmacy, it was delivered with 3 times the price by the guest relation with no receipt!!! the hotel requires a better standard and better management.

kids club, pools and activities

the food was horrible, cleanliness 0, the chefs in the restaurant were tasting the food and putting back the spoon in the dish to try again, rooms were not clean and pics are deceiving, the room we booked was not the same one offered even!

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, everything you need is available and it is kids friendly. Leyla Kahvalti, from the kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful.

staff, barista try to make it very difficult for you to get drink so you drink less pool Chlor was very bad my daughter got allergy and had to be treated in emergency hospital because the hotel does not have doctor available or medicine aqua works 5 hours only

everything was excellent

-the Aquapark for kids is really cool -amazing gardens, lots of space to walk -interesting shows and very impressive discos -big comfortable room -massage was great ( for extra charge)

- Food wasn’t great. 4 out of 5 members in our family had some stomach problems during the stay. I would much prefer a smaller choice of better quality food over what we had - the main swimming pool was a bit stinky - the hotel lobby looked old. Overall, the hotel felt much cheaper than the places we went before, even though it was quite pricy. - cleaning and other services could be improved a bit
