The hotel is perfectly situated near tram station from which you can comfortably go either to the city center or the beaches. Employees are very nice and willing to help, hotel is modern and nicely decorated. Breakfasts were fabulous! The only minus from my point of view is missing air condition, but this is just a tiny detail, nothing major.

The room was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, and also the bathroom, with everything very clean and world-class. Overall, the building is very well maintained. The staff was exceptionally sweet and attentive, and they did make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet looked great, and they managed to offer some vegan variety, all fresh, healthy, and tasty. The location is perfect for who is coming to GUMED or any other facility in the neighbourhood. We intend to be back, and we definitely recommend it.

I can only make some suggestions. Some essential information by the breakfast buffet referencing main allergens/ingredients, and having the buffet offering planned to attend to the most frequent diet restrictions would be great. Some shock absorbers for certain doors, and signs in the common areas for the guests to mind the noise at night could also be of value for the historical part of the hotel.

The room was big enough. The bathroom was quite nice. The location was good, only a few kilometers from the city centrum. The area itself was quite nice.

We chose this hotel mainly because of the huge amount of very positive reviews about the hotel´s breakfast. However, we didn´t find it excellent. It was good but pretty basic. I find it rather odd, that they didn´t have a toaster, cornflakes, etc. The bread selection wasn´t that good. Actually, the majority of bread was quite dry and flavorless. Also, there were only three apples, so no fruits either. A bit of a disappointment, really.

Very nice hotel just 15 minutes away from the old town by tram. Everything was clean and in a good shape. There was free tea, coffee, cookies, water as well as soap and shampoo available. 24 hour check-in staff was very friendly. Can totally recommend this place :)
