the apartment was really nice

There is nothing particularly bad or particularly good about this place. It has a good access to the beaches, however they are often crowded and Cala Gran has a sewer outlet running directly in the sea at the beach. It is a little far from the airport, and the road is curvy. The taxi costs about 80eur. There is an animation every night, however the program for the kids is mostly the same one every night. There is a children playground but it is old and the toys are a little rusty. The apartments are spacious enough with a large balcony but they are outdated and in urgent need of refreshing. You could also hear noise from other rooms. There are not that many people in the hotel but most of them are at the pool so the sunbeds are often taken if you dont come early. The breakfast is mostly the same but with some choice. For dinner you have to buy drinks at the bar. The staff is ok, but they dont try too hard. THERE ARE A LOT OF THINGS THAT COULD BE IMPROVED IN THIS PLACE.

Great size rooms, well equipped. Freindly staff. The reception man felip was very friendly and helpful.

cleaner does a good job, location not too bad, swimming pool is nice, staff were very friendly.

high chair need to pay extra, water hot and cold and water pressure really low, food was not very nice, bathroom floor super slipping had to get a mat, knifes for cooking can't really cut, need sharpen.

The rooms are spacious and the apartment very clean. The hotel is very well looked after with attentive and kind staff. Great location near the beach and town centre. Breakfast was superb with a large choice of food and drinks in a buffet style.

The walls of the apartment are very thin so you can hear all the noise next door.

Amazing sea view from last floor. Amusement for kids, very good for families with small kids under 12 years. A lot of space for parking. Light room.

One day room was skipped for cleaning. Sun roof would be amazing as it is last floor and bright sun shines till 14h.

Location is ok with only a short walk to nearby beach or shops. Breakfast good and although buffet style had a chef to cook to order also. Good COVID measures.

Rooms are fairly basic.
