The cleaning and more clean towels. And we had an insect in the bathroom for 3 days. Terrible noice.Tha staff finally killed it.

The room and the view was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing.

Great hospitality:)) The hosts were very friendly, the property was very clean and neat, excellent location with beautiful view from our room, nice pool area, no problems with parking and wifi. Was a truly enjoyable stay!

The only thing I would mention that on one occasion we weren’t fully satisfied with some of the dishes they served at the on site restaurant, but maybe it was just an unlucky day and its definitely worth giving a try!

Peaceful complex, hardly bump into anyone else or heard anyone. Perfect for those that prefer own space & don't mind hiking. Nice size apartment for 4 people.

The restaurant & bar facilities on site was closed throughout our stay. You would have to walk 5 /10 min down a steep road to get to local shops & restaurants & back up again. The pool itself needed more regular cleaning.

The staff were very helpful even after working hours, the pool was great, the rooms were very comfortable.

You cannot always find a parking spot at the property especially if you come later at night. You need to park few minutes away and then walk up a hill to get to the hotel.

although the stuff members were very nice, helpful and flexible there were some things which weren’t the best: - we booked a double bed, we received 2 singles put together, 2 small covers. unfortunately the quality of the beds were quite bad as well. every time I turned during the night I woke up, cuz the bed was squeaking. - the shower water temperature was constantly fluctuating from cold to super hot - the towels change only 2 times per week and the sheets only once (quality of these are not the best, the towels were quite old and used) - there is no hairdryer in the room, you have to ask for one every time. what is great and I would also like to mention is the location, it is quite close (with a car) to maybe the best beach on Canary Islands. overall, it was good, but there are some lil’ things which need to be changed, and it would make a big difference for the costumers.

The family and hotel are really nice, its small and intimate. Situated at the top of a hill, you can walk down within easy reach of cafes and the beach. The beds were single and really hard. Cleaners and cleaning great, we really enjoyed our stay just a few tweaks if we stay again, I’d definitely ask for a room away from the restaurant and a few floors up would be perfect. Lovely pool area, new sun-bed covers added the day we were coming home which was lovely. Overall it’s lovely and we’d stay again. Great airport transfer for 50 euros. Much better than big concrete jungles that you get with the larger hotels, family run and very friendly.

The pool is not heated and so too cold to swim in March which was disappointing. The a bar and restaurant by the pool unfortunately made our room very noisy, the lady is lovely but it’s a little too loud and music played all day. Our balcony looked into the restaurant so it wasn’t private but we didn’t ask to move so I’m not complaining, I’m sure they would have moved us. The balcony was big and lovely with a roof so never caught the sun, so maybe ask for the second floor up and you would get sun in the afternoon as there’s no cover on the higher ones. There were sun beds too on the balcony but no covers and no sun. The microwave didn’t work and wasn’t swapped for three days but that was ok.

Water in the pool was coldet than water in the ocean, so we could not enjoy the pool

Very lovely and accommodating family who runs the hotel, made us feel at home straight away. Apartment was spacious, very big balcony and kitchen with everything needed. Free to use washing machine which is useful for longer stays.

Perfect for holiday-makers. For work: Not recommended for remote work unless the wifi issues get fixed. We struggled a lot, the hosts tried to fix it and were very responsive, however the issues were still there. Ended up spending a big chunk on roaming costs.

there was not room turn over each day. no fresh towels. i was told this is only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I was there over a long weekend so got no refreshments over the 4 days. the room also was pretty noisy from the people above me but that cannot be helped if it is the building itself. I also found the breakfast service strange and I ended up going else where for this in the end as the menu wasn’t as it was stated

The accommodation is noisy.

The view was great - clear view on the peak and sea. The setting was perfect to watch the sunset at the end of the day. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Most of the things are in walking distance (e.g. beach, the store, restaurant, bus and/or taxi station).

From an extremely friendly welcome to a great location, our stay was exactly what we’d hoped for. The property was clean and the pool area was lovely, also clean and well maintained.
