Cleanliness was not up to par. The room I was in was very outdated with worn down furniture and bathroom (included also broken tiles, wife selection of differentiated types of lightbulbs, old sanitary etc..).

Breakfast was nice with private parking.

Impressive hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff who really looked after us as we arrived late in the evening and hungry. Lovely meal in the restaurant and reasonably priced. Good spacious, comfortable room with large windows.

Some room fittings in need of attention - couldn't get the jaccuzzi bath to work, tv remote wouldn't turn the tv volume down (only up!) and an electric socket was loose. Window glass was corroded (probably due to salt water or sand, as its near the coast)

The staff at this hotel are so lovely and very helpful. They really make the stay! Lots of variety at breakfast and the adjacent restaurant is excellent!

Super friendly and helpful staff, that's the highlight of the hotel tbh. It's quite far from the city center but close(ish) to the biggest beach in Cagliari (Poetto) so if you are on a beach holiday or you have a car, it's a good place to stay. They also offer carpark on the hotel without charges. Be aware that the facilities are quite old, there's nothing elegant or upscaled on the rooms but they are functional, clean and quiet. There's a massive fountain in the main hall of the hotel so if you don't enjoy that type of noise might be difficult to fall asleep (personally loved it :) ) All the service is a 10

The rooms could be updated and the plugs as well, they still have the old european plug connectors, so if you have a international one, might not work

Our trip ended here in Cagliari. We closed our journey staying at this great hotel. Very old hotel but with an amazing style. We were very impressed with the staff, they were very friendly. The breakfast has several delicious options. The hotel count with excellent facilities, beautiful and elegant restaurant, parking lot and incredible location. Highly recommended.

My room was big, it had a comfortable double bed. The breakfast was good.

There was no light in the room, only a floor lamp. The bathroom was very old.

Clean and FANTASTIC breakfast. Amazing value! Staff very nice and accommodating. Room very clean but old. I had no issues and loved this place. The breakfast was something I would expect from a five star hotel. I would love to come back again

again- no problem for me but location is not in city center. if you travel around by bus the bus stop is about 6-7min from hotel and ALL busses stop there. By bus you reach city center in 5 min.

We had a really big room, everting worked really well and It was comfortable and easy. It’s great to have an underground car park and breakfast was great . The staff were lovely and I would like to take the cleaner home! They have an amazing lobby with a water feature which made it really cool and calming.

The bathroom was quite run down and in general the room was due a refit but when it was fitted out everything was top quality so it still worked really well and was looked after so if you are looking for practicality it still really works even though it was a bit shabby.

Ok so this might take some time but I think everyone should know what follows before even thinking on book at this hotel. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! It's a scam!!! I did book here for 13 nights and I literally had to go away after two nights as the rooms are ridiculously old, full of issues, and incredibly uncomfortable!!! After the first night, I woke up with extreme back pain due to the extremely poor quality of the mattress!! Seriously the worst ever slept on in 20 years of travelling!!!! The staff at the reception though, very kindly did agree to change my room. Unfortunately, the new one was even worse and with more issues!!!! I could not sleep at all due to a very loud machanic / electric noise coming from the bathroom's ceiling that goes off every 2 minutes sharp!! Literary every 2 minute period you had to listen at this strong noise which made impossible for me to sleep. So at 2am I had to go to the reception to ask to fix the issue which unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed as that is the way it is in that hotel!!! Apparently for them it's normal!! In addition the super loud music from the restaurant downstairs it is on up to almost 1am!!! What a fraud!! Furthermore, even in this room qthe mattress was so old and flat that you couldn't sleep on it!! (see pictures attached) The bathroom of both rooms (so I suspect all of them) have no windows nor a fan!!!! Seriously????? In a 4 star hotel bathrooms without ventilation????? What a joke!!!!! I've been travelling for 20 years this year, and I have honestly not seen anything so badly maintained in my travel life!!! Probably the owners is friend to someone at the council, and paid them to get the 4 stars, tipical Italian situation. This is a real scam. This hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars. No gym, no pool, horrible mattress, no ventilation in the bathrooms nor a windows, noise!!! What on earth.

The staff was really nice and helpful. We liked the location of the hotel. But it is not wakable area- you need to have a car or take a public transportation to get anywhere. Breakfast was great and room was clean, but the interior is a little outdated.

Staff were friendly and there was a good selection of foods for breakfast. Free underground car park available. Generously sized rooms with a large flat screen tv with good choice of channels.

Hotel needs to be updated, dated decor (80's) with wallpaper peeling from the wall. We had a noisy stay due to thin walls between rooms and poor acoustics from the foyer area as functions finished up from the meeting rooms below. Hotel is a 45 minute walk to the centre of the city.

The worst hotel ever! What made it nice was ONLY the restaurant.

1.The most Personal really unfriendly, definitely is not the right job for them! 2. Very expensive for what they offer: old rooms, dirty sheets, very poor breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing. Michelin recommended restaurant for lunch fantastic. Conformable and great service.

Typically Italian modern. I would say 1980s building (?) so needs some regular repairs (which were taking place discretely) Slightly dated but that is all the charm. I would not change much though.

- noise: club nearby? music beats heard continuously until about 5am in the night from Friday to Saturday. Also intermittent loud mechanical noises (pipes? some aeration system?) even by night. Thin walls. And the private parties in the main hall from which, due to bad acoustics, we can hear everything from the room. - sometimes no warm water for shower in the evening... - design is quite original (very 60's 70's, especially in the bathrooms) but not always very practical (bathrooms again) - gastronomic restaurant of the hotel closed and reserved for an external private reception on the night I was planning to go. - a bit further from the center than I imagined.

Hotel is located near highway and has an underground garage which is excellent. Rooms are clean and nice, personnel is nice and very helpfull.
