The bed was fine

Room was dark so hard to read or shave with such poor lighting, there was no water pressure in the taps or shower, the room was tired and in need of revamping. Also no EV chargers

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. It id only about 10 minutes drive to Salthill Promenade and about 20 minutes drive to Galway city centre. It was very handy and we did the Hop on Hop off tour of the city and the following day the Aran island and Cliffs of Moher tour. The hotel has a lovely restaurant wwith deliecious food, I greatly recomment the rump steak. Our bedeoom was spacious, clean and beds really comfortable.

The room was spacious. The decor of the bar was nice. The pool was big and a good depth. They also had a gym which seemed popular. We liked that it was so close to Salthill and was very reasonably priced.

There was a some construction underway, near the hot tub and conservatory bar which took away from the atmosphere a little.

It was very hot in the room and no air conditioning! Rang down for a fan and after 5 times there was no answer

When we arrived at the hotel we were told to pay half card and half cash But it did not state it on the booking.

Everything cantt complain about anything.

Was told at check in breakfast was 7.30 euro per person but it was not.

There was a buzzing noise all night in our room which was very frustrating. Also we arrived late evening and there were no options for any room service or food in bar which was disappointing.

Room was lovely, Breakfast and bar were excellent, and food was lovely. We felt the pool area let it down somewhat, but all in all, a lovely stay.

The room was big and comfy. very clean room and bathroom. Dinner was very nice, food was great. there was live music that we liked a lot. Breakfast was very nice as well, big variety of food, spacious and beautiful restaurant. Swimming pool was great, very clean. it was a very pleasant stay. would come back for sure

parking on site good Wi-Fi we never got to try the leisure Center

Locked hotel entrance door when we arrived at 11pm. Waited outside, night porter came to open the door. Was two other guests waiting too that had been waiting longer before we arrived. Bed was very uncomfortable

We liked how spacious the rooms were and the reception folks are very friendly and helpful. We loved the shower in the room..Amazing.! Also we liked how we had access to Netflix.

We didn't like that they were renovating while we there but they would start later in the morning so not too bad. We didn't like that it was far from any shops or other restaurants or pubs other than O'Gormans which is in hotel. We could have been offered a map of places to go from hotel. The bus schedule was every half an hour. Long wait if you missed one bus.

Good location for what we needed in Galway. Staff in the main hotel were excellent and very helpful when we needed some things we forgot for our little girl.

The staff in the pool area were unhelpful and the rules enforced around the pool are not suited to young children/families or communicated appropriately before the stay. This made the stay less enjoyable as we didn’t use the pool after one visit.
