I picked this location to get on the bus at the Sintra station in the morning. The staff was very nice and supportive. And having a buffet breakfast helped me not to waste time but beat the crowd to visit all the monuments. And these worked perfectly for me.

I didn't like my bed was two twin beds put together without the central connectors, so I felt the slit on my back. The room was fine. Yet, noises from the hallway were pretty constant at night.

Helpful staff and a lovely breakfast

Staff were very friendly and helpful with advice upon our arrival. Rooms were modern, and beds comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast choices. Close to the railway station, buses and tourist information.

A little noisy at night due to room facing road and bar/restaurant.

A part of excellent location in the heart of historic Sintra, the kindness of staff did our stay unforgettable.

The courtyard had no access but unique seating. Would of liked to enjoyed it.

location great. near the train station. 5-20 min walk into the village. very helpful receptionist

shower had cracks in shower tray, hidden by shower mat. Black dirty appeared when we trod on mat. Staff agreed it was not acceptable and moved us to another room asap.

immaculate and very friendly. beautiful decor and upscale restaurant with patio for amazing breakfast. Great location near many restaurants, walk to national palace and train station. 5 euro Bolt ride to Peña. Loved it.

Very close to the train station and within walking distance to the central downtown area. Breakfast was amazing and the staff very accommodating.

Great location. Lovely and very helpful staff. Good breakfast provided.

Unfortunately, our room had mold issues in the bathroom from a leaking shower and cracked shower floor. It was so bad that the smell overwhelmed the room. Had I been staying for more than the night, we would have requested a new room as it was difficult to sleep.

fantastic breakfasts, very good location

We were in the room next to the elevators (nr. 2) and the elevator made noise. Fortunately, it didn't wake us up at nights, however, when breakfast started, the traffic was quite high. We also heard voices from the hall and the annoying hotel music. But the staff was friendly and turned the music off when we asked for it.

The breakfast was excellent, together with the room. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good english. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town and the train station.

Parking was an issue, not just to find a parking space, but also the cost and, because everything was within walking distance with many other options of getting around to see the sights, not having a car wouldn't be an issue. Next visit we would take a train it would be much easier. Also, there was a fiesta the weekend of our stay which meant celebrations were going on into the early hours of the morning and the room was not sound proof so it was difficult to sleep.
