Pensjonat jest rewelacyjnie położony: blisko dworca kolejowego, restauracji i kawiarni oraz największych atrakcji Sintry.
Pokój bardzo czysty, ładnie i praktycznie urządzony. Okna dźwiękoszczelne, dzięki czemu nie słychać hałasu ulicy.
Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia z wyjściem na patio.
Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Wszystko mi się podobało.

The room was perfect; had everything we needed; great shower. Location was beyond our expectations. Close to the train, bus and all tour companies. We will definitely share with all our friends; Flores&Fidalgo is definitely what you need during your visit to the amazing city of Sintra. Quiet, great location and all the comforts of home. Outside deck was a definite plus. We will be back;) .

Estava tudo limpo e a cheirar bem, casa de banho privativa e cama confortável. Localização próxima do centro.
Casa de banho demasiado pequena.
Outros hospedes a cantar e a fazer barulho na cozinha e corredor a meio da noite.

Location is literally 1 minute from the train station, just take the stairs that leads you to the burger joint. The room is well maintained and clean. Comfortable stay.
Shower is very small, not a lot of room. Gets very noisy at night, can hear street noise clearly

Very comfortable, spacious and clean with excellent facilities.
Nothing…..we saw no staff so can’t rate them, but communication was excellent.

The location was close to shops, restaurants and train station. Tours buses, tuktuks were available around the train station. Thre bedoom and bathroom were spacious and well appointed. The windows could be opened to hear the local street life or closed which cut off almost all traffic noise. A shared kitchen was also available with a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The room was supplied with some little extras, coffee pods, tea bags, biscuits and chocolates, which were appreciated.
The aircon had an intermittent buzzing sound which sometimes was enough to wake me. Everthing else was fantastic.

Great Location in Sintra and nice large room
Breakfast pack rudimentary

Perfect location, clear and very comfortable apartment, hospitality staff

Location was good away from the main area of town, but an easy walk to the old town and other restaurants. Next to the train station made getting in and out of town easy. Luggage storage area available.
Fairly noisy - between the vicinity to the train station and thin doors (could hear everyone coming and going).

Great location, spacious suite. Check-in was smooth and staff are very friendly.
Uncomfortable bed, lacking amenities, and the towels never ever dried, even after hanging overnight and having the fan on. This was a bit of a nightmare and not what I’d expect.

There was a big problem with my stay. The staff was apologetic and nice so I decided to wait two days before writing this review - or the review would have been much worse. The room itself was large and nice, and, the wifi was strong. It is more of an AirBNB type place, with no staff at the facility if you have an issue (and I did). Parking is on the street if you can find something - and since i travel via motorcycle this was easy too. Coffee is provided in a kitchen at the end of the hall.
You will hear everybody else staying at the guest house. Someone closing a door will wake you up. Neighbors were not particularly loud but I heard them laughing and chatting until midnight. I had to sleep with ear plugs.
The room was advertised as an “Ocean View” and directly in the center of town. I attached photo of the view from the room as well as a google maps photo. It was not far from the center of the city but it is not in any way in the historic district. These were the MINOR issues. They also ask you to leave a 2 Euro city tax on the table. I only had a 10 Euro note and had to find a store to make change to leave the money.
It was a hot day and I turned on the air conditioning. Every minute or so the AC made a loud buzzer noise, loud enough you could never sleep through it. i called (international, I don’t have a Portuguese telephone) to complain and the owner said he would call a technician and check. There is no table nor any place to rest a suitcase, so my suitcase was on the floor. I went in to take a shower. When I came out, the floor of the room was flooded with water. My suitcase had been on the floor. It was day 5 of a two week vacation and now I had no dry clothes.
I called again and was offered a second room. I had unpacked and mopped up near my suitcase so it took a while. Combined with the longer than expected travel time to the historic center everything was closed and I saw absolutely nothing of the city of Sintra. Check out time was 11:00 am and it was already 7:00 pm at night. Now I need to find a day to spend in a laundry and that costs another day. So there goes my vacation.
As a resolution I was told I could have a late check out. Sorry - late check out does not equal two days of my Portugal trip. I did not accept the offer and moved to another hotel.
I attached many photos as proof.

The breakfast was amazing and so much to choose from.
The complimentary champagne and dessert on arrival so sweet and thoughtful plus free items like beer.

The hosts were extremely friendly, accommodating and gracious. They made us feel welcome and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel and our room were immaculate! Everything was clean and gleaming. And the views from the hotel area were wonderful. The hotel was in central Sintra village so we could walk to our destinations.
Nothing could have been better.

We were so pleased with our accommodations. Beautifully appointed rooms, comfortable bed and very quiet! We were offered an upgrade to a room with a view! Thank you! The location was absolutely perfect. A 3 minute walk from the train and bus stations.
We highly recommend this property.

Perfect location. Very easy check in. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Hosts were easy to contact and very nice. Their little cafe above us was wonderful for breakfast. the guesthouse has a small kitchen that was very useful for coffee and storing drinks and snacks. Cute little terrace which we sat on frequently. Lovely place .. highly recommend 😊
Most rooms are a flight of stairs up… no bother for us but may not work for those with mobility issues.

The breakfast was the best!!! Very clean. The bathroom could have used some shelves for towels etc. It was a little cramped. Great location opposite the train station, but a little bit noisy But I suppose one can't expect to be centre of town and be country quiet.
The host/hostess were super nice!
See above.

Our stay was so wonderful from start to finish. Fabulous location, gorgeous room, wonderful breakfast every morning at the Palace Caffe and so close to all of Sinatra’s beautiful sites. Great to be able to store our gear for the day after checking out.

As a solo woman traveler I felt very safe at the Guesthouse. The room was as pictured with en-suite bathroom. It’s a great location, right around the corner from the train station and buses to the palaces. Breakfast was an assortment of fresh fruit, juices, breads, cheeses and coffee.

Everything was perfect. Easy check-in without staff (using codes). Great location, public transport opportunities nearby, train station is very close. Clean place, big room, cosy bed.

The location is pretty good. The check-in method is easy and convenient. The bedroom and bathroom are super clean. There is a kitchen in upstairs, which has everything you want, including a microwave, fridge, stove, and utensils. Nice staff with prompt response that you can always ask anything via message.
Although its location is next to the train station, you have to walk down to the other street to enter this place. The door lock seems to be not strong; however, it works.

Good location, close to the train station.
Damp room with tacky, dated decor and bedding, and for me the bed was painfully hard so I got no sleep. Owner did not respond to a message requesting a mattress topper or additional quilt to make it bearable.

Well located, nice kitchen and terasse.
It smelled pretty odd.

It is well located, really close to the train station. Check-in and check-out are super easy and give us the freedom to arrive at odd hours. The bed is super-comfy and most of the bedrooms are quite roomy. The kitchen has everything you might need during your stay.

The room was very neat and clean. The host had left some ‘treats’ to have with afternoon tea on our arrival. These were very much appreciated. Lovely kitchen area a few doors along the hall included a coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc. The train station and local buses are in the next street over.
The bathroom was quite ‘tight’ and the room was quite small. This was ok for us as we only had small backpacks but for those staying longer with more luggage it would be inconvenient. We found the front door code needed just the right delicate touch.

The well appointed bright, quiet and modern rooms were very clean and spacious. We appreciated the high ceilings and the terrace out of our room.
Rim and Tania were excellent hosts and assisted us in discovering their area during our short time visiting Sintra..
Highly recommended and a few meters from good restaurants.
They also own the Palace Cafe across the train station which is just a few meter away. Excellent place to start your day with coffee and various breakfast options.

Located close to train station.
Clean and a nice new kitchen available for use
We had the ground floor room. There was an anti-room to bed chamber that had small end table and 2-hard back chairs in this space. Would have been nice to put a small sofa or some
Comfortable chairs.
Room damp and had a
Lot of street noise/

Great common kitchen, perfectly equipped, very spacious. The room was beautiful, very cosy and clean and some nice welcome gifts waited for us. Easy check-in. Quiet place despite location near the train station. Perfect location.
The room was small and the bathroom was very small and not very "private" (only thin plastic door). Window to the inner yard (if there are more visitors someone can look throught the window). The room was on the first floor (steep stairs) - could be difficult for people with mobility limitations.
