Good access to New Chitose Airport, Sapporo, and Otaru. Clean facilities. You can choose the types of cleaning service (“full service” including bedsheet replacement and cleaning, “simple service” with towel replacement and emptying the trash can, and “no cleaning” with only towel replacement), and if you choose simple or no cleaning type, you will get a bottle of water for free every day.

It was perfect, but there were only two washing machines and two drying machines in the entire hotel and sometimes they were all taken.

Location was very conveniently close to the station. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and day trip without dramas.

The hotel was a bit smoky, maybe sure to the smoking room on the first floor

The staff were very helpful in providing information and were very polite. Their communication was prompt.

Attention of staff. Booking.com made a mistake of number of families to be stayed.

Our plane and connection flights were extremely delayed but the hotel staff helped us check in, even at 1am! Likewise it's within walking distance from Kotoni station.

The facilities are very basic and the room was very small. Fine for a single night, but wouldn't have wanted to be there longer. Likewise this isn't a reflection on the hotel but generally there wasn't a lot to do around Kotoni for the time of year we were visiting (spring)

Location is excellent. Restaurant all around, 5 min. walk to JR Station, 10 min walk to local subway station.

Mattress in real bad shape. Can feel each single spring from my back, sunken is visible...... I was there in snow days, surprisingly hotel didn't clean up the ice and snow right outside the entrance, even that couples meter conjunction to the skywalk.

The hotel is near JR Kotoni Station which was convenient for 1 night before Niseko. The room was clean & big for Japan.

The wifi in my room wasn’t great. It was hard to watch Netflix on my tablet. It’s not easy to find the hotel using all of the elevated hallways that eventually lead from Kotoni Station to the hotel. A Japanese man ended up leading me to the lobby. It was much easier to find my way back because “JR” signs were leading the way. No signs for the hotel that we could find. I wasn’t crazy about the location for getting to Odori Park for the Xmas Market & Susukino. I walked to the nearest subway station to get to Odori Park & that was confusing once arriving at Odori Station. It’s much much better to take the JR back to Sapporo Station and then walk from there. It was much quicker & easier getting back to the hotel from Odori Park just walking to Sapporo Station & then a quick train to Kotoni Station.
