The room is too small

The office was never comfortable because it was too small, and the institute was not comfortable either, and it was never equipped for working for long hours.

Morning was delicious n room was cute n comfy

I booked the non-smoking room but it smelled, especially in the bathroom it literally smelled smoke.

Convenient location, surprisingly quiet for such a central area, and reasonably economical by Tokyo standards.

The mattress was an abomination, and the room awkward and cluttered.

My second time here and I will keep coming back! It's in a super great location and the staff are very friendly and eager to help!

The room isn't bright. The number of lights is not enough. Even thought it was dark in the morning. You need to walk from a station for 8 or 9 minutes. Anyway I recommend they make a room more bright.

Great location, super close to Higashi-Ikebukuro station and a short walk to Ilebukuro station. Staff was friendly and helpful with checking my bags both before check in and after checking out. Double room for a single person was very spacious.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, but even so it wasn’t bad once I ran the AC and included humidifier in the room. For next time, I’ll double check to book a non-smoking room!

Very convenient place. Near the station and to many stores too. The breakfast buffet was really good too.
