Breakfast was good, Location is excellent on the middle of Thomb of the kings tourist area, nice swimming, sunbathing area. The Hotel is very good value for what you get. Not the Ritz, and not cheap end charlies either, a decent hotel for the price you pay in a tourist area. Staff are lovely. I have stayed everywhere in Paphos, 5 star to apartments, and this place for us, who really only need a bed and a breakfast, this place suits. We will be using the place again, perfect for our weekends. PS: For those of you that like the beach, its about 10 minutes walk away.

We had a front facing room onto the main road, wasn't noisy, but the veranda isn't a place to sit if you are there for a week or more. Ask for a room facing the pool if you want to sit out. I suspect we got the front facer as we were only there for a couple of days. Good management in my opinion.

Our room was pretty small, but the bathroom was even smaller, dark and a bit claustrophobic, not like on booking pictures. The ratio value to cost wasn't there

if they give you room 409 ask for another room. The Balcony and glass sliding door are located directly on the street and it was so loud the whole night that I couldn’t sleep. When I asked really kindly (Im a really quite person and I needed to think for one hour how to talk to her and I cried the whole night because I couldn’t sleep for even 20min) she started to get angry with me and telling me that the hotel description says that it’s located on a Main Street. When I told her that „located on a Main Street“ and „being so near the Main Street that I could almost touch the cars and not clouding an eye the whole night“ is a difference she just gave me ten euros back and said that there is not much she can do now the picture I attached is from our balcony

the hote îs situated right in the center of everything basically.. it’s really really easy to walk around paphos or if you want to take the bus is really cheap and easy. there is a bus station right in front of the hotel. easy to go to coral bay or to harbour. breakfast was very very nice and a lot of variety , is type buffet. pool was nice and clean. staff was very very polite and lovely all the time!

maybe rooms could do a makeover, is not a new hotel, but it’s comfy none the less

Friendly and kind staff. I'd say that it's a decent quality to price ratio. If you come by car there's an unoccupied lot 100m from the hotel with a lot of parking space.

Very outdated decor, the bed wasn't comfortable and the room could be cleaner. I didn't find the breakfast satisfying.

The people who work there are very nice, they took care of suitable food for my son who is allergic to milk, they helped us with everything we asked for and gave us a room in the evening to shower before the flight even though the check out was in the morning

bathroom was very bad it was old-school and ultra small and all the time flooded after shower. wifi connection was very poor - limited amount of devices - sometimes I could not connect even the signal was full the asked fee for using fridge 3 eur per day, never seen that yet

Great location on the main street, short diatance by foot to the beach! The owner Naja is very helpfulness. The breakfast are amaizing, you get what you want. Everything for everyone's taste. Also during the day you have free fruits and posibillyto to refill the water from the maschine. Top@ highly recommend!

Location is very good, close to bus station. Beautiful pool space. Everyday cleaned. The greatest asset of this hotel are its employees. They are always smiling, kind and at your service (special thanks to Nayia and Mario). I really felt like at home. If I go to Paphos ever again, this hotel will be my choice to stay...

Very good value for money. Clean rooms, very nice, friendly staff, good breakfast. Comfortable rooms, fridge, kettle. Close to the sea. Very good atmosphere and communication with staff.

Bathrooms are old but clean. Distance from the centre and harbour about half an hour on foot.

Good location, easily accessible by bus from Paphos airport (612 and 615 buses), bus stop is near to the entrance of the hotel. Room was big and comfortable and there was cleaning every day. Staff was very kind and helpful, if you need staff can provide Converter to the power socket at the reception. Breakfast was good, there were wide variation of food and drinks: tea, coffee, juices, milk, bread, cheese, cold cuts, jam, cereal, bakery products. There was a swimming pool as well, but as the sea was not far away, we did not use it.
