A great location. Well equipped.

It had no cooling (fans provided did nothing) so it was super uncomfortable to sleep. Also the bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable. Pretty much after each time someone had a shower, the whole bathroom was flooded. I don’t recommend this place.

Excellent location to Old Towne Krakow. Apartment was perfect for a family of four. Had all the amenities that we required. Air conditioning strong.

It had everything we needed, kitchen was complete, it had heat, which we needed at the time, plenty of ventilation if you wanted to air it out, curtains for privacy, and you couldn’t beat the location. The communication was great, And check-in was very easy. We understood from the beginning that the check-in was in a different place from where the apartment was, so that was not a problem at all.

People need to realize that there are some things that are not standard all the world over. It took us about 15 minutes every morning to get the stove top to work, although I’m sure if we had some instructions we could’ve figured it out quickly. We tried to download an instruction manual but it was about 200 pages long. Also, we didn’t realize that what we thought was a little decorative bauble in the bathroom was actually the soap for the washing machine, and while we had counted on washing our clothes there, we ended up not doing it. I had written and asked if there were detergent somewhere in the apartment, and they said no, they have capsules but we would have to buy the detergent, or something like that. I totally misunderstood what that meant. We only figured it out on the last day as we were leaving. also, we thought going up that many flights of steps was kind of funny, but it really was difficult at the end of a long day, and maybe not for the faint hearted. 

Great location, comfy bed, spacious room.

Key pickup is not at the same location as the apartment which can present a problem if you have a car. Also, car parking is not easy and can be costly depending on the duration of your stay.

It was very noisy. The sofa was quite uncomfortable, the chair legs didn't feel safe. The tea/coffee machine is actually sachets of Nescafé and a kettle!

Beautiful airy space with a modern kitchen and high ceilings. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The neighbourhood has great local offerings and the main square is a 5 minute walk away. We loved our stay here- one of our favorites!

Strangely few electrical outlets in the kitchen. Key pick-up location is an 8 minute walk away in a separate building, a lock box would be handy.

The advertised pictures of the apartment has nothing to do with the actual apartment we got. The reception was located 6 blocks away, approx. 750-800 meters. There was only bed linen for 1 person. We were promised a balcony but it was only a room with sliding glass.

all the stairs there were there were 62 three floors up and we should have been informed of this I’m 61 and my husband 60 and comparatively fit but still found it difficult 😣

The apartment was in an ideal location, close to the town center and restaurants.

There were too many stairs for me, but i have breathing problems, so don't let that bother you from staying there (23 Sławkowska Street)

Keys to enter property were confusing and the directions to get there were not clear it took us ages to find the property and the keys were not clearly illustrated so it took ages to get into the property.

the apartment is located above a bar which is very noisy early morning so not ideal if travelling with kids
