Excellent location, friendly & helpful staff, clean & comfortable room, very generous and fresh breakfast delivered to our room which we enjoyed on the balcony.

Big fridge and a small kitchen. Everything you need for a beach stay. Very friendly owner. Barbecue in the garden. Rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast was absolutely perfect and delicious!!!

Not soooo clean at our arrival. Some dead bugs. Bathroom illumination is poor. Rooms are too small for 5 people (normally designed for 6!). The area (like many in the Avila area) is very dirty and rubbish all over the roadside. Also in the small roars around the property.

amazing location, breakfast and room!

It is a nice stylish building with a lovely garden, where you can have a breakfast or chillout in the evening. It is in walking distance to the beach, proper restaurant on the next corner at main road. Alexandra, the host is a very kind and helpful person. Supported us from the first moment to the last with tips, organizing things, even we got some jackets to Etna :) Ask her anytime! Breakfast served to the door, you can have it in the room or in the garden, but also can do a picnic anywhere.

Limited parking places (next to the gate, tight to the wall) Near hotel resort everynight parties are a bit loud (at least you dont have to bring speakers)

Our hosts were among some of the loveliest people we met in Sicily :) They were extremely helpful, caring and tried to accommodate all of our wishes. The absolute hit of this B&B are the enormous beds :) But the area around the house - hammocks, balconies are also very nice to hang out. There is a great restaurant some three minutes away and one of the best beaches we saw in Sicily just a few steps further. Definitely a good place to stay!

Maybe not the most private place to stay if you're with friends and there are other people in adjacent rooms. But that is hardly a major issue.
