The owner/staff were very friendly, hospitable and accommodating. We stayed in the family room and it was very spacious and comfy for the 4 of us. We enjoyed relaxing and watching a couple of shows on the huge TV! Lastly, the breakfast area is quaint and the full English was outstanding!

Absolutely loved the room, really cosy and comfortable with everything you’d expect. Tea and coffee facilities in room were great. The breakfast was wonderful and cooked really well! Overall one of the nicest, best value places I’ve stayed in!

Everything in the room are very clean, including the towels, bedding, bathroom and toilet. The apartment owner served a nice breakfast every morning.
When we arrived we found the parking space (that we read from the posted pictures) in front of the apartment are occupied. At that time we have problem in dialing with our local SIM card and we can just message the host via the booking.com messenger. Luckily the host managed to respond us timely and arranged the parking space for us.

The shower was set to the hottest setting (too hot to shower) and couldn’t be moved - however we forgot to raise this so may well have been dealt with if we had.

The property was easily accessible and well located for walking into Cambridge. Communication before and during our stay was helpful and informative. The room was spacious and pleasant, well furnished and provisioned. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with careful and thoughtful provision for a gluten free diet. We were very happy and would certainly stay here again.

The location is just perfect, we really enjoyed staying here. The bed and breakfast provides all what you could need, the bed it is comfortable and the bed sheets are good quality:).
Breakfast is amazing, and you can not hear the other guests around, we will stay definitely here again.

A short, easy and pleasant walk across the Cam and the common to the city centre. A real bonus was that parking was available at the property.
The traffic was a little noisy as the house is on a busy road, luckily we had a room overlooking the garden.

It was tastefully furnished, and provided all the necessary amenities for a most comfortable stay. Arnel was the perfect host, even making the effort to forward items we left behind to the next stop of our trip. The English breakfast was delicious

Really lovely one-night stay. The hosts were so hospitable when we arrived, and again during breakfast. The room was lovely and spacious, and exceptionally clean throughout. The property is near Jesus Green, about 20 minutes walk through to the main city so was a perfect location for us. No issues from us, we were in the front bedroom. Would happily stay again.

Breakfast is really really good, and just costs 7pounds each person. The quilt is fragrant and soft.
We can hear the sound from the street, it’s noisy.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly and polite, we made a lot of noise and apologised which may have annoyed the other guests because it was my 50th and I wanted to party.
One of the other guests called me acunt after banging on my site and threatened to call the police
