Breakfast was lovely so much choice & the rooms are very comfortable & well decorated.

Birch House is set in an ideal location and the rooms are of a very high standard. Kathy is a wonderful and accommodating host. Breakfast was excellent and the choice was plentiful. Weymouth town centre is a pleasant 20 minute walk away, and we also walked to Lodmoor Country Park, which is well worth a visit on a nice day.

We couldn’t fault it in any way.

Loction was approx 20-25 mins to beach and approx another 10-15 mins to harbour. breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from, although you did have to remember to order by 9pm the night before on the last day I changed my order but the request was overlooked and I did not like to remind her after the breakfast had already been cooked. However it was no big deal.

Nothing to dislike about this B&B, it was very comfortable and breakfast overlooking the beautiful garden was delightful. Will definitely stay again when next visiting relatives in Weymouth.

Around 1.5 mile walk to town centre. Had to chase clean cups /milk a couple of times. Only parking for 1 car on drive.

everything Kathy gave us a warm and friendly welcome and served an excellent breakfast fresh milk available in our room for a ‘proper’ cuppa /decent sized teacups at breakfast

The property, access to it from main roads and parking were ideal. Kathy was a great host and the ambience and feel of the property was excellent. The use of the lounge made the place feel more like a hotel and was very enjoyable. The decor and layout was very tasteful and stylish and probably the best B&B we have stayed at. Kathy's 15 years experience was obvious to see throughout the property and the service quality.

The entire place was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Bed was really comfy and breakfast was delicious! There were plenty of covid measures put in place that made the trip feel very safe.

Nice Room & an excellent breakfast.

Not being able to park on the drive as only 3 spaces in front of the house, but plenty of road parking available

Covid measures in place so felt safe here. Breakfast was in sittings so not mixing with other people.

For us the mattress was a little too soft, but that's not a complaint at all - it's the only negative I can find!
